氹仔肥仔文,細節見功夫,小菜見質素。師傅說:涼瓜牛肉難煮得好食。涼瓜要甘中帶苦,牛肉要薄但大塊。 肥仔文以上都做得到,而且牛肉亦不太過「化學」,不過略油。另外兩碟炸物亦見質素, 鮮魷魚脆而不乾,味道亦剛好十分香口,而且比較不油膩,薄漿有功夫。招牌炸墨魚丸大大粒,彈牙。貴就貴,不過真心有質素。
