之前見到網上有好多人喺呢度打卡,見到咁靚,一場黎到澳門梗係要來試吓啦。當晚嚟到已經比較夜所以冇乜人,由於之前已經好飽所以一人一個甜品就算,主要都係打下卡影吓相。不過比較令人失望嘅係呢度連一杯水都要額外比錢點,我覺得做生意要賺錢人之常情,不過都唔係做得咁肉酸嘅,一間甜品店客人嚟到幾乎個個都食甜品,講緊百幾二百蚊食一個甜品,你連一杯水都唔俾人係咩玩法? 食物方面係真係好靚,presentation 100分,打卡一流,而且唔係得個樣,係真係好味嘅。不過來一次就夠啦。 continue reading

• Morpheus Gold - Plaisir Sucre💛•💵Price: $148🍴Food: 4/5❤️-表層既金色牛奶朱古力係依照左Morpheus酒店既幾何圖形裝潢設計而製成既,朱古力既底下有榛子雪糕、果仁同脆脆,食法就係首先用小木錘敲碎個朱古力面,然後撈均底下既材料一齊食。除左有榛子朱古力既食材,最底其實仲有個日本既蜜柑果醬,呢個配搭好好,令到成個甜品食落酸酸甜甜,唔會甜得太膩既感覺❤️其實本身純粹覺得呢個signature dessert好特別,黎開澳門就諗住黎玩下影下相,點知又幾好食喎原來!有驚喜🥰 continue reading

今次去澳門終於去到上年新開幕既Morpheus Hotel,充滿幾何圖案既酒店內部好似去左科幻場面咁👨🏻‍🚀,高貴得黎又有藝術感。-酒店大堂除左以幾何圖案設計同子彈升降機做賣點之外,仲有呢間鋼骨鳥巢外型既Pierre Hermé Lounge🥰。-Morpheus Gold - Plaisir Sucre $148表層既金色牛奶朱古力片以Morpheus酒店既幾何結構設計而成,所以係Morpheus獨家架☝🏻。用小木錘敲碎後就會見到榛子雪糕、榛子果碎同榛子小蛋糕,其實味道同金莎差唔多😂,特別在佢最底有蜜柑果醬,中和返榛子既甜,酸酸甜甜無咁膩🤓。-荔枝紅桑子玫瑰紅茶/橘子茉莉紫羅蘭水漾花茶 $68兩杯外觀都係一樣樣,味道比較普通,不過甜度都算適中,唔會過甜。-好坦白講其實我黎Pierre Hermé都係為左敲幾下個甜品🤪🤪,但估唔到都幾好食。雖然整體價錢偏貴,但難得黎到澳門試一次都無仿🥳。 continue reading

在澳门Morpheus酒店大堂有一家Pierre Herme Lounge. 金色巧克力確實還不錯,紅色的荔枝味道比較甜。反而這份蟹肉班尼蛋更好吃 。跟閨蜜在這拍照還是很不錯的選擇。當時我們算吃的早餐吧。食物都是不是在大堂做的。 continue reading

碼頭落船第一站目的地-Morpheus,坐酒店shuttle bus直達,非常方便。Zaha Hadid 矚目又破格的設計,只可用眼睛去看,而不可言喻,實在是很avant garde。在lobby的Pierre Herme Lounge,也是又享負盛名的法國殿堂級甜品大師Pierre Herme 開的。無論邊個角度睇都咁完美。Easter egg型態很有趣,加了銀箔帶點高貴feel。店員制服很有質感,服務不錯,會為客人介紹食物。Tea Ispahan ($68) 荔枝紅桑子玫瑰茶,附牛油cookie,果味香而不俗,配Ispahan甜點喝很match。Morpheus Ispahan ($138) 是Morpheus 獨家甜點。賣相精緻,先用hammer敲碎面層的脆脆,讓客人可以體驗一下,輕輕一敲便發現寶藏,內有荔枝雪芭配紅桑子、荔枝、蛋白糖霜脆脆、馬卡龍、玫瑰芝士忌廉、新鮮紅桑子,非常berry的組合,口感極有層次,玫瑰花瓣上仲有露珠,令你不得不佩服大師的工藝和巧思。Morpheus Gold ($148)這個也是另一signature,金色牛奶朱古力片很deluxe的感覺,面有geometric texture,配合到hotel的design。敲碎後,有不一樣的組合,牛奶朱古力軟心及法式忌廉、脆脆榛子蛋糕、榛子果碎,配日本蜜柑果醬及榛子雪糕,hazelnuts十分chunchy,味道豐富,平衡得很好,甜度適中,好吃得沒話好說了,很想飛去巴黎總店試別的甜點。注意要加10%service charge和政府税5%。 continue reading
