每次來澳門回程一定朝聖~Mgm和永利。永利軒是我其中一間喜歡的, 每次來冇預訂都冇位,今次星期二1:30pm到達,要到2:00pm,才有位。喜歡佢落地大玻璃配厚厚鮮艷顏色窗簾,外望澳門海,就像仕女穿上低腔衣,紅色軟绵绵回纹花地氈~穿上錦羅玉衣,襯上黄色皮櫈,做綑邊,天花吊燈帶頭冠,加上一條水晶龍花紋纏繞,白色枱布~妃子肌膚,銀器用具作首飾,紅色辣椒醬點紅唇,綠色薄荷辣椒醬眼尾掃一點眼影(不是太辣,幾特別),枱上橙红花球擋襟花(用多朵花的花辦齊成,因我讚靚,親切溫文經理告訴我),一幅艷麗氣派!破軍說食得飯落,低過食點心, 生拆蟹肉瑤柱蔥花炒飯$220,好有蟹香味,鮮,略咸,蛋白好香,份量小, 瑤柱好好味(炸過), 夠鑊氣!黑虎掌真菌素餃$70,淡口,有香芹碎,不像牛肝菌那濃味,但有心思,皮晶瑩外,邊有牙纹!初初上鮑魚燒雞穌$70,問經理,佢有禮承認聽錯,即換,很久之前在香港已試過多間鮑魚稣,現在反而食基本,想試㕑師怎樣將平平無奇至間單的食物做到至上,化腐朽為神奇,松露醬味剛好香,鬆化,咬一片一片花辦薄穌皮,好熱辣咀,內有松子仁,汁肉有點酒香,甜度適中。靚女更要俾些錢駛吓! continue reading

今日諗住同屋企人去呢度試下晚餐,未入去諗住係門口影張相就比人叫停話唔準影已經覺得奇奇怪怪。(只有門口唔準影)一入去坐4人枱,諗住坐屋企人隔離啦,個侍應又話唔比要坐對面,心諗咩事呀,咪又係同一張枱,仲要比面色我地睇,反而對D內地客又好好態度。呢度D服務真係好差至於食物,個餐1300幾,仲未加一,但麥當勞仲好味過佢。個乳豬同普通酒樓無咩分別翅就無咩味,雖然係真翅,但味道好一般魚柳就不過不失呢個牛肉真係送都唔食,一咬落去成個口都係油,連把刀都係,食完好唔舒服呢個算係今餐最正常嘅一道菜,味道一般。佢個老婆餅好甜,好似食砂糖咁,食一餤即刻吐返出黎最後一道菜都係好甜,食緊冰糖咁呢間野真係無下次,服務態度差唔止,野食都唔得,可以用難食形容。另外呢間野係賭場附近,所以我一係餐廳出黎就比人check身份證,態度仲要唔好,當我犯咁。今次真係貼錢買難受,絶對無下次 continue reading

推介澳門點心雖然這𥚃不是什麼星級米芝蓮打推介,但我覺得這𥚃的水凖比其他有星的食府更高,雪影餐包是招牌菜,一定要試試,外皮熱辣辣,甜甜微脆,內𥚃叉燒餡料香甜美味,其他各式點心如蝦餃,燒賣也不錯,之前在這兒食過合桃包,覺得非常美味,但今次嚟的時候已經沒有了,呢個合桃包係香港真係搵唔到,希望永利軒快啲再出返啦,真係好想再食!除左點心,大家都可以試下呢度既黑毛豬叉燒啊! continue reading

中午吃點心還可以的..晚飯小菜就麻麻地了!上菜太慢... 才五個菜竟然2佃小時也上不完!烤鴨.. 切得太少.. 只有不到20片!而且好明顯片皮手法和技巧也不正宗。二食的炒鴨件反而不錯!花膠湯味道是可以的可是花膠是便宜貨!一小碗索價$290 呢!最後上的橙汁蝦球是最好吃的一道菜!酸酸的脆脆的蝦球又大又爽!☺️ 服務和環境也很好!最後送的甜小點外貎精緻,味道也還可以!酒店級價格、洒店級服務、但菜式昧道一般!🧐 continue reading
