因為太趕先決定嚟澳門,訂吾到心儀嘅餐廳,所以今日嚟左永翠宮(前身係永利宮)食晏。餐廳樓底高,好開揚,每半小時就有湖景噴泉,可惜枱與枱之間好迫,若然隔離有人坐,連出入都有難度,這個價位,應該可以安排得好一點吧。食物方面,蟹粉小籠包、生煎包、蔥油餅,不過不失,蘿蔔酥比較䄂珍,黃魚春卷好腥一定要趁熱食,雪山包個皮好鬆但啲餡就過甜,四喜銬夫微暖有啲怪,上海炒粗麵有獲氣好香口,叉燒質地結實有咬口但配上芝蔴脆片真係好另類。落第一輪點心時,侍應有問我們需要每款上,到加第二輪食物時,侍應沒有問我們,所以一時間一齊上了幾款食物,因為枱子細小,真係食得有點壓力,這服務真係要注意,而且也是強差人意。敬送嘅小甜點6 件(3款)/4 位,真係比較小家,眼見別人2位也是6 件,而且味道也完全不出色,迷你鳳梨酥乾到一咬即散,希望餐廳可以改善一下份量和味道。埋單$1800/4 位,吾系話吾好食,但又不至於要再去。 continue reading

踏入永翠宮,即時被窗外景色迷住。表演湖晚上6時後每20分鐘表演一次,所以吃一頓飯必定可以欣賞到兩三次啦江南雲冷四小拼 $488先來冷盤,都是經過酒浸的,有矜貴的藍龍蝦、醉雞、燻魚和毛豆,充滿酒香。糟滷魚子明蝦球(每位$388)個人很喜歡這個菜式師傅切蝦球的刀功可謂出神入化,巨型的蝦球又白又爽,配襯超濃味糟滷上湯,鮮味的天花板香茅乳鴿 $188/隻賣相低調但隱藏美味乳鴿外面炸得香脆,但肉質非常嫩滑,而且有淡淡的香茅味,超讚海膽賽螃蟹 $328期望最大但比較失望的菜式,原因是賽螃蟹的質感較厚實,海膽味亦不算突出。接近傍晚,外面燈光璀璨,又是另一番景色。甜品十分出色,特別是麻椒朱古力,真是會令人吃上癮 continue reading

很久之前來過這間位於澳門永利皇宮的中餐廳,當時叫做”永利宮”,現在改名做“永翠宮”,主打江南菜😉一到達就被永翠宮富麗堂皇的裝潢驚艷到😍由門口到餐廳裡面都非常有氣派,很像在皇宮內用餐的感覺呢💚而餐廳最大的賣點一定是超大的落地玻璃窗可以欣賞到噴泉表演,太壯觀了!🤩永翠宮空間寬敞,樓底亦十分高,非常舒服~😌職員的服務態度也很好,很熱情呢☺️🤍金牌腿茸蘿蔔酥🤍蟹粉小籠包🤍上海生煎包🤍揚州鮮肉蒸餃🤍上海炒麵食物質素非常高,每款點心都很好吃!👍🏻當中最推薦”金牌腿茸蘿蔔酥”,外層鬆脆,餡料香甜,口感豐富~😋而用餐完畢後,餐廳更會送上精美小糕點,口味非常特別,絕不馬虎,很好吃呢~🤍永翠宮地址: 澳門體育館大馬路永利皇宮 continue reading

我一向都是譽瓏軒的擁躉,尤其是它的荔枝木燒鵝,更是我每次必點。自從拜讀過盧小姐Jolli 的食評,得知它的行政總廚譚國鋒先生加盟永利皇宮的中餐廳永利宮後,便躍躍欲試這裏的菜式。善解人意的太太知道後,便趁我生日訂了這裏的午餐替我慶祝。一步入餐廳便被這裏的裝潢吸引,顏色豐富大膽卻不失貴氣高雅,加上無敵音樂噴泉景觀,用餐環境實在一流。點餐前,先點了侍應介紹的自製茶,永利宮的自製茶十分有誠意,以玫瑰花、桂花配以烏龍茶、黑茶和白茶製成,花香和茶香非常相襯。筍尖鮮蝦餃的皮夠薄,蝦肉新鮮爽口;焗雪山餐包酥皮非常鬆脆,叉燒餡豐足;最值得推介的是蟹肉鮑魚鳳眼餃,蟹肉鮮味加上鮑魚香味和煙韌質感,兩者非常雙襯,配上鳳眼餃的外型,可算是一道色香味俱全的點心。冷盤是黃魚蟹黃鍋貼伴話梅小蕃茄,鍋貼其實是黃魚肉加上蟹黃沾粉炸好裹在煎香的麵包上,黃魚味甚香,味道不俗;小蕃茄是重點亦是驚喜,以荔枝啫喱舖底,配以灑上話梅粉的小蕃茄,一口吃下去,荔枝甜味、話梅粉的酸,加上番茄的清甜,絕對是百吃不厭的清爽前菜。重頭戲是荔枝木燒烤潮蓮燒鵝拼叉燒,也是我來永利宮的主要原因。而這裏的燒鵝,也絕對沒有令我失望。荔枝木的香氣配上皮脆肉嫩的燒鵝,伴上少許燒鵝汁,絕對是一大享受;叉燒配上荔枝木的香氣,味道也是十分出色。不過稍嫌美中不足是肉質偏瘦了一點,新鮮熱辣吃時效果非常好,但是稍涼後便會不夠軟熟。花膠魚蓉羹口感豐富,魚蓉配上勝瓜和木耳絲,效果不俗;脆皮百花釀刺參教人驚喜,刺參外披墨魚汁脆皮,內釀鮮百花肉,脆、香、軟、滑、鮮五者融合,感覺絕佳的一道菜。整體而言,永利宮的裝潢、環境、服務、菜式俱屬一流,唯一稍嫌美中不足的是上菜比較快,三道點心、前菜和燒鵝叉燒同時一齊上。放涼了怕不好吃,但是一次過吃完,速度又有點快。如果可以在貼心一點,把上菜次序稍為錯開,那今次午餐體驗可說是完美了。話雖如此,永利宮的水準實在高得冇話可說,在我心目中絕對是澳門必去的餐廳之一。 continue reading
