餓鳥.....有話兒: 「一家看著大片海景的餐廳,一邊飲茶一邊欣賞風景,食品細緻得來又好吃,簡直是一大享受啊🥰 」-不得不說這家點心的外貌造型都很精緻,就說這個《金豬鹹水角》的小豬造型細緻到連尾巴都翹起來了,餡料中規中矩,吃起來入口軟韌,外皮酥脆,鹹鮮惹味又不怕太油膩😋而上湯腐皮卷大家應該吃得多,而這個煎到微微焦燶的《香煎鮮蝦黃耳腐皮卷》,內裡爽口,外皮香脆🤤小吃就試了圓碌碌的《黑麻蓉芝麻球》,當咬開脆口的芝麻球時,內裡的黑麻蓉急不及待要流出來了,黑麻蓉香亦隨即撲鼻😆當然也小不了飲茶必叫包和腸粉,今次試了外貌像牛身的黑白配搭《北海道牛乳包》,包裡塞滿了牛乳,吃起來奶香味十足☺️亦試了清一點的《竹笙鮮蝦腸粉》,將爽脆的竹笙被蛋汁包圍,再配合鮮甜的蝦,令薄皮又滑溜的腸粉口感提升😏最後再叫一個素飯《黑松露新豬肉蛋白炒飯》試試,一上枱,一大片黑松露已經吸引了我的眼球🤩而且用新豬肉來配炒飯令人吃起來也比較green,炒飯干身而不油膩,再夾一片黑松露一齊吃簡直是奢華😚-🌟餓鳥溫馨提示一下:憑澳門身分證可享八五折優惠喔‼️而且消費滿200元還有VR遊戲券一張‼️正到不得了啊~簡直是又吃又玩😆-✨餓鳥點餐✨

之前成日去勵皇軒飲茶食點心,佢嘅晚飯都一樣出色六點左右去會無咩人,好靜,坐得好舒服而且因為無人,上菜速度好快首先係魚香茄子煲雖然呢啲野係香港成日都食到嘅家常小菜,但呢度真心特別出色!超級香!茄子入味!軟硬適中!而且唔會覺得好油膩!正!蒜蓉炒油麥菜,有蒜蓉炒一定香嘅,菜好嫩,啱啱好呢個幾乎每次去食晚飯都會叫,酸酸甜甜,好開胃而且佢炸粉唔多,唔會話食落一舊粉,炸得好又多料,超級好評!普通嘅白飯,不過個碗好得意兩個人295蚊完全可以,用澳門通有discount 呢個價錢食到咁高質嘅粵菜完全值得食物高質,環境高質,服務高質,飯堂之選

今次來澳門美食次旅第一站,先坐發財車到勵宮酒店到勵皇軒,是一位熱愛美食的朋友推薦我到這家酒店內的中菜廳,這次是我第一次到勵皇軒食飯,入去高大上的感覺很不錯,叫經理安排菜單,菜式很有特色,有一些都沒吃過的食材,總廚尾段來問菜色味道又介紹今天菜單,非常友善(原來這中菜廳總廚是剛上職不久,正在更新舊菜單,包房更有主廚每天從市場買回來材料的特色時令菜,下次一定要試試,哈哈!),這次非常有驚喜值得推薦!下次再到澳門是我必到之選!

昨日到澳門玩。住勵宮酒店。離開前食埋中午餐。簡單叫左三種點心。墨魚餃形似墨魚。湯底都有好多料例如雲耳冬菇。鮑魚燒賣上檯好靚。味道都好好。另外沙嗲牛肉腸粉,只有少少沙嗲,有少辣,但唔會搶去豉油味。粉皮亦都唔厚。好開胃。埋單住客有8折。算然都仲係唔平。但都覺得合理。下次會再來。
