呢幾年都喺路氹酒店嘅米芝蓮餐廳慶祝,今年老公生就去返8餐廳慶祝,唔知係咪因為疫情關係,感覺差左少少,但都唔錯嘅。環境一樣以金魚為題嘅裝修,一樣華麗,不過多左人,比以前嘈左啲。服務如果10分滿分,以前服務會俾10分,宜家值8分。食物1. 免費餐前小食~比較鐘意之前嘅金魚餃,精緻好味啲2. 化皮乳豬 ~ 無論乳豬同餅都好味,乳豬薄而脆3. 京式燒羊腩 ~ 羊唔蘇,好林。連伴碟嘅蓮藕都好味4. 新葡京東坡肉 ~ 唔油膩但好香,好味5. 米皇雲腿浸時蔬 ~ 個米湯好清都好味6. 桂瑤鮮蟹肉炒米粉 ~ 炒得好乾身,但已經太飽,所以食得唔多7. 免費餐後飲品甜品 ~ 葡撻一般,奶茶好香好有香港水準 (住過澳門先知有水準嘅檸茶奶茶難搵) continue reading

有友人由加拿大返港,所以安排一行七人經港珠澳大橋到這裡食午餐。訂了11:30 時段,不太多人,環境休靜。前菜柚子醒胃,鮑魚仔一貫水準,金魚餃、燒賣皇保持到,食得出料頭好新鮮。胡蘆菓,即系咸水角,外皮煙煙奀奀,幾好。金茹和牛煎鍋貼,入邊個汁好濃烈,但又冇乜特別。野菌磨菇包,可以系因為素嘅關係,所以吾太惹味。野菌黑松露付皮卷,薑芽义燒腸冇試。清香柚子凍,食左咁多鹹野,食返d甜野,好清新。釀乳豬1隻,份量大好抵死,乳豬皮好脆,d肉又好嫩。薑汁芥蘭及百合上湯菜芯,好簡手,菜遠長度啱啱好,吾錯。尾單葡撻仔,個皮好鬆化,個人應為比馬嘉烈還出色(因為之後去了附近的馬嘉烈品嗜了)奶茶畧甜但又好順滑。埋單$2500,抵食。 continue reading

今次一行六人去澳門玩水;作為暑假的尾聲活動。臨出發前大家都好想encore 去8度飲茶。提早一個月訂定位,包無損失。原本想訂12:00,可惜都係無枱,要1:15pm先有位。準時到達,坐下抖抖;看看環境及餐牌。落單後;侍應預備濕紙巾抺手;這種服務在香港暫未遇到。先來前菜;一口鮑魚拌柚皮;柚皮係我至愛。滿滿的柚子味很清新。剛好中和鮑魚的豐富。十分欣賞這裡的點心;每樣都很精緻、手工貨;很吸引小朋友。這個金魚餃很好吃;滿滿的蝦肉。這是龍蝦餃; 同樣精緻。西西里海蝦腸;皮薄蝦爽我叫這個箭豬叉燒包;好香的碳燒叉燒味;咬落是一口叉燒粒;絕對製作認真。這是和牛鍋貼;咬落是香濃的牛肉汁;熱食小心燙到。灌湯餃;食材好;湯濃;好難返轉頭另點了小菜及飯;這個火腿津白; 充滿蜜糖味中和火腿的咸味;我至愛椒鹽田雞腿 ;每隻都好肥美;欣賞田雞腿下面的銀魚脆脆;有特色炸子雞肉質鮮嫩;略喊了少許炒飯;有鮑魚粒、乾瑤柱脆脆;最後有奉送小蛋撻及奶茶。甜點比昔日縮水了。記得去年來還有奶茶雪糕及精緻糕點的。好滿足的一個下午;服務及食物與價錢成正比。下次會繼續光顧,因為太好食了。 continue reading
