jun15, 13到埗後.........即刻坐shuttle去威尼斯人.........都少難搵,因大運河區內嘅電子map上街名同實際不乎..............6人到齊後.........共叫咗 :1) 松露野菌餃 x 2 (大)-size的骰,2啖就ko咗佢-中間有唔同炒香咗嘅菌粒-因為有黑松露關係,所以松露味很出,幸好並唔搶2) 香煎韮菜餅 (大)-佢嘅餅皮很薄脆,入口唔油膩-中間嘅韮菜層唔厚,因為韮味濃,所以又香口又夠味3) 黑魚子燒賣皇 (頂)-呢個味道正常,未見突出4) 金網煎窩貼 (大)-煎得好靚-味道正路5) 1品燒鵝酥 x 2 (特)-1客3隻-呢個好掂,以天鵝為造型,又可愛,又精緻-個皮酥鬆,層層分明,好手藝..........配上芝麻底,增添另1份香氣-佢仲好有內涵添,juicy,有鵝味,亦很熱烘烘-呢個喺可以成為酒家signature中嘅signature點心6) 椰菜雞絲炸春卷 (中)-春卷皮同樣炸得薄脆,呢度嘅師傅炸功了得-底下嘅炸芋絲亦深得友人欣賞7) 石窩燒汁包 (大)-呢個反而有點失色,因為唔夠熱,諗住用窩上喺keep住個包熱燙-另外底下墊有大量洋蔥絲同蔥段...........不過洋蔥生生哋,所以証明窩內熱力不足,未能令洋蔥"興"熟-曾喺香港嘅龍x食過,人哋會喺用石窩飯嗰款石窩上..........個包熱呼呼的...........唔食都已經好味咗1 1/2啦8) xo醬炒腸粉 (大)-排得工整,因為xo醬關係帶微辣9) 飄香榴槤酥 (mop36)-6人中,剛好1/2人食榴槤............我喺榴槤嘅死敵........所以當然無食到-但2邊友人都食.......我慘被夾在中間-佢哋咬開後...........都話榴槤味濃郁.........你唔講,我都知啦..........榴槤味撲鼻............jesus!..........並非流流之輩-見到中間嘅榴槤蓉份量頗多,友人們都讚10) 白灼時菜 (mop48)-爽脆11) 山西棗皇糕 (大)-微熱,棗味溫和,微微帶小酸12) 蔥油焗生蝦雙面黃 (mop148)-最後+多1個單尾-佢嘅雙面黃已分好成9小件-蝦喺開邊,蘸脆漿連殼炸-之後侍應會待為淋上蔥油汁-呢個欣賞佢嘅炸功.........蝦連殼,炸得透,唔會有渣-另外個麵都很脆身,唔油膩-不過我自己鍾意+醋汁多個蔥油汁,起碼多份醒神嘅醋酸提味,入口無咁寡先啦 continue reading
