We've been to Wynn Palace Macau’s SW Steakhouse a few times before the Pandemic. I never found the urge to write a review before this. However, because this time was so exceptional, I have decided to write. It was a busy Friday evening in Macau and we didn’t have any dinner reservations plans. So, we would try our luck walking in somewhere. As usual all casino restaurants front desk hostess would tell us that all tables had been fully booked up for the night. Luckily, we did not give up, instead we stayed for a drink at SW and waited for a no show. It turned out, we were right to wait as there were quite a number of cancellations that night. Dinner at SW Wynn Palace has always been a pleasant one, it gives out a Vegas vibe. Since we started pretty early, we were already having dessert by 9pm. But then we were told there was a live jazz performance every Friday and Saturday starting 10pm till 2am. So we ordered more drinks and waited patiently.The band played some of our favourite jazz songs like, Feel like making love and Close to you. Kara Belle the female vocalist was amazing as she blasted out songs from different eras and genres. We were so happy to have discovered SW made the choice to have live music on weekends. The New York skyline backdrop was perfect in setting the mood.We enjoyed it so much, we decided to go back the next day. Amy our sommelier has been really attentive and caring to our needs. Only one minor suggestion to SW is bartending service could be a little more efficient. continue reading

朋友即將要結婚,一行六人嚟澳門開bachelorette party, 梗係唔少得要食好嘢啦,所以其中一餐就訂咗呢度食dinner. 我特登打長途電話黎book位同埋要stage前面嘅枱,不過嚟到嘅時候我哋唔係被安排到原本訂嘅枱而係一張離stage較遠嘅sofa位,但由於我哋都好滿意個位所以冇轉枱。服務員好細心為我地推介starter and main course, 最值得讚嘅係原本我哋仲想叫多個steak, 但專業嘅服務員衡量過我哋已經叫咗嘅食物覺得我哋會點得太多食唔晒,所以我哋就聽咗佢嘅建議。呢餐飯食得好開心,所有嘢我都幾乎比滿分,呢個餐前麵包係我食過最好食嘅,係我心目中同香港Grand Hyatt嘅Grissini餐前麵包都係排第一位。仲有呢度嘅steak tartare is the best I’ve ever had!!! 真係好好味好想食多份。仲有個steak比我咁多年係北美洲食過嘅都要好食。好鍾意嚟澳門因為喺呢度有好多高質素嘅餐廳,最重要係you get what you pay! 我哋開咗支紅酒,叫咗咁多starters, steak, 仲一早預訂咗個蛋糕慶祝朋友結婚,呢個蛋糕又靚又抵,如果去呢度慶祝真係唔使自己帶蛋糕,因為呢個蛋糕我印象之中好似先至$3XX! 我哋六個人買單每人先至600幾蚊一位真係好抵! 我已經急不及待想快啲再去食啦! 希望有時間再去澳門啦! continue reading

牛骨髓最特別,其他都幾好,dry age 可以再生小小,而且比較大分;龍蝦尾小而美,麵包牛油也很讚。叫的食物比較多,很飽。服務都好好,紅酒唔夠靚。小劇場唔算特別,無連貫性。 continue reading

每年生日幾乎我同男朋友仔都會到澳門渡過,因為澳門美食多,食不停😋繼上年喺金X集團的高X扒房食過佢地嘅signature steak 後,就念念不忘😋😋🤤🤤,喺香港亦都食唔到呢個價錢。所以,今次男朋友仔推介嚟永利扒房,打算再食好d慶祝一下🤗一入永利扒房,門面已經有氣派!⚜️🔱室內環境係用咗昏黃色調,配合香檳金主調和水晶吊飾,有一種懷舊的美式土豪氣息😌🤣💃🏻💃🏻唯一係枱與枱之間有點係擠迫的感覺,隔離枱好像跟我們坐在一起般的食飯🗣👥🗣,所以食得有點拘謹😉😉!永利扒房還有表演,餐廳裡有個大舞台,每半個小時就有一段很短的Theatre Show🤖👽👾🎬🎫,短短幾分鐘不阻礙進餐又增添情趣💃🏻,不錯!😌☺️👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻因為我兩一踏入澳門,就不停食食食過不停,所以晚餐只order 咗兩個主菜,因為仲有一個大蛋糕等緊我哋返酒店房食。首先,上枱嘅係仲暖暖地的皇冠型餐包,呢一個麵包已經足夠食飽我了,🍞🍞麵包非常鬆軟,塗上牛油,不知不覺已經吃了大半,呢個重量級餐前包值得一讚💪🏼💪🏼😋😋阿拉斯加蟹餅 Alaskan king crab cake MOP192🦀🦀🍘🍘呢個蟹餅裡面用咗阿拉斯加帝王蟹做的,主要是因為帝王蟹的蟹肉纖維比較粗大,其他蟹餅吃起來滿滿蟹肉,加丄香根芹菜,蟹肉鮮甜,加上燻製辣椒蛋黃醬,調味帶點酸意,吃起來有點像蟹肉沙律,口感更細緻,食到舔舔脷!😋😋🦀🦀🤤🤤但portion 有點少,始終有點不夠喉的感覺😅😅😅重點嚟啦!等咗好耐,主角dry aged 牛扒要出場了!我地原本想order "美國內布拉斯加州大奧馬哈區Olo牧場頂級USDA穀飼牛的",但waitress 推介我地兩個人可以叫double cut ga "澳洲格蘭因尼斯Rangers Valley牧場穀飼黑安格斯牛", 話850g ga 風乾連骨肉眼牛扒已經夠晒我哋兩口子食喇,好,就聽話order咗,我地要ga 係medium!💪🏼💪🏼🤜🤜風乾連骨肉眼牛扒 Dry aged bone in rib eye MOP720 🐮🐮🐂🐂呢個dry aged rib eye 一上枱,非常吸睛,大大塊上枱,一放上枱就已經聞到濃濃炭燒的味道🔥🔥⋯⋯期待已久的dry aged rib eye, medium 還是有點過熟的感覺,作為澳洲Dry Aged 牛扒,本應用低溫方法烹調,完整保留肉汁,再炭燒至微焦,入口要Juicy,而且鬆化之餘仍保持嚼口感,牛肉味濃得來帶餘韻。但但但...........💥永利扒房ga 呢一塊,牛味好像太薄弱了,加上呢塊扒太多脂肪了,整塊牛扒有一半都屬於脂肪,實太肥膩。更甚是,可能是位置問題,這塊扒比較Chewy,很多筋位,咀嚼起來很費勁☠️☠️,還期待著這裡的Dry aged steak 可以食到肉質軟腍而有口感,肉味香濃 。🙄🙄但永利扒房嘅呢塊,牛扒只有外表,吃起來卻不禁很失望,印象中只有太肥膩,燒得太燶,同筋位滿滿。😓😓💀💀這個扒,不好意思,真心太強差人意了!我忍不住吃了兩塊便投降!😰😰經理在中途有詢問客人滿意程度,當時候我們的扒剛剛才吃了一口,所以只回應這塊扒好像脂肪比較多。經理一看回覆:咁啱呢隻牛比較懶惰🐮🐂,無做運動吧!😳🤔😓另提一提個SW steak sauce,牛扒汁很濃太咸,重口味,一點點已經完全會掩蓋着牛的味道,可以放棄⋯也許是因為這塊牛扒太沒牛味了⋯🤣🤣🤣甜品也不錯,不甜不膩!總結:這間餐廳,環境服務前菜,餐包甜品都很好,但身為扒房,最差的竟是牛扒😈👿,是我們不幸遇上這扒差勁的扒?我不懂得說了⋯⋯😑😅😓😓 只是太令人失望了,下次還是去MorXXn's 食好了。😅😅😅 continue reading
