睇完電視介紹呢間食店,想起好耐冇同屋企人去過澳門,今日就同佢哋過去試吓呢間嘢因為呢間店嘅餸名好特別,睇完名都未必估到係乜嘢食物,就係呢個原因吸引到我去睇吓老闆嘅頭腦有幾噤勁去到店鋪見到周圍貼左好多明星合照,還有牆上有好多關於餸菜相片和奇怪菜名,最後我哋叫左幾個試吓蒽油雞(半隻):賣相好吸晴,雞面佈滿蔥油,入口好清香,雞肉嫩滑,好濃雞味咖喱牛腩包:個包好大,掀開包殼見到熱辣辣香噴噴嘅咖喱牛腩,份量多到食唔晒,薯仔味好甘,牛腩好腍,待應俾左把較剪我哋剪開個包點咖喱汁食,我哋另外再叫左白飯撈汁啫啫通菜:香噴噴熱辣辣好惹味,而且份量好多新益與你齊撈起:原來呢個係白灼鯇魚皮,魚皮好爽好彈牙,而且有好多蒽、芫荽、腰果,加埋豉油、熟油、麻油和wasabi撈暈一齊食,辣辣地好惹味呢餐食得好飽好滿足,唔係衹得菜名特別而且真係好食,還有唔太貴 continue reading

玩到攰賭到攰 第一時間諗起肥仔俠新益美食,佢開到凌晨兩點嫁所以唔怕冇好野人女,係個地方比較隔涉啲,每次黎都係搭的士的晚上十點多的晚餐,大家似餓非餓咁,都係嗌左人頭送咁多😂 難得黎到 想咩都試下嘛!其中必食返尋味既一定係呢個美味既蔥油雞嘞! 雞肉非常嫩滑,半隻雞份量唔野少呀,最最精華既係佢啲蔥油好鬼正,好香既蔥味,但又唔會食完口臭喎!因平時食個啲燒味飯食完個口仲有浸餘韻🤭啫啫通菜煲,好夠鑊氣,翠綠嘅通菜永遠都唔會變得暗沈顏色,份量好多,加上啲咸香味飯都食多幾啖,正!呢個係頭盤黎,撈起撈起,食落清新,原因係加左wasabi油呀!刺激鼻子👃+味蕾,十分好既一味冷盤勁抵既一味蝦醬炆豬肉,晚上十點過後就有優惠送嗌,呢味都係$38抵到爛四條友埋單每人$90唔洗,為我既澳門生日之旅添上美味既一餐 continue reading

我地一行七人叫左: 蔥油白切雞,豬骨煲(中),汁感炸排骨,咖喱牛筋腩大包,鴛鴦豬扒,桑拿花雕醉蝦,辣酒煮花螺,手撕雞,冰鎮豬手,啫啫通菜煲 。  肥老闆精選其中幾款同大家分享一下食評:  「蔥油白切雞」 但以白切雞來講,肥老闆俾嘅評價是頗高的。第一,雞肉一入口係食得好舒服,雞肉味好濃,一啲雪味都無,即使本身係雞嘅表面有好多薑蓉,但係一啲都唔會同雞味鬥搶,而只係喺雞味旁邊默默輔助、提味。其次,雞胸部分餐廳亦處理得好好,咬落去唔會好乾好嚡,呢部分對於肥老闆加左唔少分數。 「豬骨煲」 呢個骨煲味道一般,同其他餐廳味道差之無幾,但勝在夠大份。肥老闆覺得如果湯嘅胡椒味同肉味再濃厚啲的話,必定更上一層樓。 「汁感炸排骨」 佢作為餐廳招牌菜之一,肥老闆對佢的評價也是不差的。肉,醃都夠入味,炸得夠香口,肉汁亦保留得到。口味相較之下,有辣比無辣更香口。汁感炸排骨,名副其實。但就略嫌份量有點細。 「咖喱牛筋腩大包」 餐廳特色菜之一。份量為眾多口味中最多,價錢亦然。與其他口味相比,雞肉骨太多,蝦球斑球汁太少,牛筋腩係三者之中最好嘅選擇。 「鴛鴦豬扒」 上菜嘅時候,單睇外表會有啲失望,因為佢只係兩塊炸豬扒放左係隻碟度。但夾起又會有驚喜,有夾心!兩塊豬扒,一塊係夾芝士火腿,另一塊係夾蒜蓉黑椒。係幾有心思,雖然兩款夾心都唔係什麼稀奇食材,但係好食就已經足夠。肥老闆每次去到,都會見到差唔多每枱都有一份,係餐廳最好賣嘅一個餸! 「桑拿花雕醉蝦」 咁多個餸最有驚喜就係佢。餐廳會事前將石春同粗鹽,放入瓦煲一邊加熱,再將新鮮嘅生蝦放入去,蓋上蓋子,最後將花雕酒淋上,令到啲蝦係個煲入邊好似做個花雕桑拿咁樣。肥老闆當時扭開個蝦頭一食,蝦頭嘅鮮味俾鹽味同花雕嘅香味完全帶出嚟,精神為之一振,有如鮮蝦係舌頭上面跳舞一樣,回味無窮!而蝦肉被花雕酒迅速蒸熟,蝦殼未有變老而易剝;蝦肉結實、鮮甜,無多餘水份,堪稱一絕!係肥老闆最為驚艷及讚賞一道菜!  continue reading

名大于实。朋友介绍,话菜式名称特别。煎魚咀好正。一家四口从香港坐大巴过关试下菜式。名確系特别。但食物就一般水準。並非傳说中的好好味呀。O负天下人。开心到不得了。完全被名字吸引。西蘭花炒虾仁先鱿豬油渣。芥兰炒立味豬油渣。只可以评为名格。不难食。另一度捞起,羌冲魚皮。头二啖唔错。再食觉得厌。炒蚬,葱油鸡。合格。魚咀我食两件。合格夠香口及脆。不过唔饮啤酒会觉得佢鹹左D。老婆話。我可以接受。整体只可以说。路经可以一试,尊程去试就浪费时间。 continue reading

收工後大家都餓就吹雞一齊去食宵夜有好幾位大食猛男,我就可以任嗌唔怕食唔哂坐底睇餐牌有好多都睇唔明😂😂個個中文字都識 但夾埋一齊就唔知係咩黎真佩服老闆有咁好諗頭咖喱雞包 賣相同味道都一絕 撈飯撈包都一流招牌菜 煲仔炒通菜 惹味蝦子撈麵 不是招牌菜 可不叫魚皮加海蜇好食 有wasabi汁係底撈埋一齊食 好過癮椒鹽粟米唔夠乾身亦唔夠惹味 少許失望😕泡菜釀雞翼好食 驚喜係碟醬到大家都以為係茄汁但原來入面撈左wasabi油搞到大家第一啖食都爆咳!😂😂 continue reading
