一直想去四五六飲茶,難得媽咪放假,所以今日就去試吓啦一睇menu就見到佢有好多精緻點心可惜有啲整唔到,無得叫,可能因為疫情而缺乏人手啦環境坐得舒服,唔會迫,服務員態度ok第一個上嘅係豆漿油條豆漿甜度恰到好處,油條炸得好好,又香又脆,加埋豆漿食一啲都唔油膩炸蝦飯好食好脆,仲好香蒜味呢個流沙包好得意,係好可愛嘅熊貓鳯爪就普通,都好食最後嘅甜品係兔兔!超級可愛!好精緻!完全唔捨得食佢!影咗好耐相先食不過味道就一般,但用黎影相開心下都值嘅整體而言,環境食物服務唔錯,點心精緻,小朋友應該會鍾意 continue reading

上網搵下澳門有咩上海野食,搵到有人介紹呢間有幾廿年歷史既上海菜館。走黎澳門,一於去試下。下午茶時間,其實冇下午茶價錢。伙記帶位後即刻幫我開茶,茶到伙記又馬上斟禮貌茶。之後點野食,我點左花膠䲝魚腸粉 - 以為好特別,原來冇料到,真係冇咩料魚翅竹生灌湯餃 - 呢個湯好飲足料,灌湯餃夠料除左魚翅小籠包 - 不過不失,比較普通甜品食左豆沙窩餅同楊枝甘露。豆沙窩餅炸得好脆好唔油,好多豆沙餡,厚厚一層~如果邊位再填滿d餡就更加好喇!呢碗楊枝甘露我比滿分呀!椰奶同淡奶比例好好,再加左芒果入去打,充滿果香,好滑!碌柚一粒粒咁拆開左,充分咁浸住椰奶,芒果好甜又無根!三個點心,兩個甜品,埋單$219 連加一茶介。 continue reading

「四五六」在威尼斯人亦有一家,但以新派上海菜為主,先試舊葡京賭場這家舊式的濃油赤醬。(1)小籠包不是薄皮那種,厚度適中。咬下含湯的,頗鮮甜。但2人吃10個未免太飽肚。(2)這裡的四喜烤麩做的是涼吃的,入味,不知道是不是最傳統的手掰。(3)蒜泥白肉淋上的辣醬汁,白肉肥瘦相連。中間配青瓜,不致太鹹。(4)排列精緻的糖醋排骨,味道一般,炸過的肉顯得頗刃。 continue reading

四五六由細食到大,其實一直都keep到水準,不過因為有d貴所以唔係成日去。今次有朋友請仲唔有大食大咩?朋友一早book咗片皮鴨,師傅直接喺我地面前片,手起刀落快手到呢!!!呢度片皮鴨最正係脆卜卜,加上唔會成口油,唔怕食完好heavy食唔到其他野,所以我地仲order咗好幾樣野,味道都唔錯,尤其是賽螃蟹,用嚟撈飯簡直一流,而且賣相仲超靚小籠包係由細食到大ge,水準一直都唔錯,我覺得比起澳門其他同價錢鋪頭都好味。定必一試其實係食咗好多野ge,不過其他餸影得唔靚,唔po la....... continue reading

香港找不到的一間比他好吃的片皮鴨,這個片皮鴨師傅的工作只是片皮,這片皮鴨不會令無HEAVY, 因為你只吃到最好吃的地方,LEE幾年我都有去吃水準一致,他不會片都肉, 可能有些人覺得好浪費,但我覺得一定要吃到食物最好吃的地方,不應覺得大件低食心態,它的皮很香很香,加一點他們自制甜醬,加一點大蔥,吃上口真的剛剛好,意思是,不太肥,有香口,不太甜,另外包著外面的粉皮都好滑身很薄身,今晚很滿足還有一個喊肉百業白菜, 一個很清的,小蘢包,今次不是太驚喜 continue reading
