假日無所事事,就搭金巴過澳門行下🎼💑,找了一間在噴水池附近的葡國菜餐廳試下,🎈Escada, 單看名字,都很葡國化。餐廳乃整座特色舊樓坐落於新馬路側,很有香港都爹利街的華洋氣氛,選這餐廳,就是想relax, 這環境有歷史的味道,绝對不同新酒店的繁華🎆。爬了多層樓梯,閣樓環境清優,舒服,有一两枱日本人,因祇两人👫,也吃不了太多,服務員推介下,點了两個主菜,一個餐菜湯,葡國汽水,還有跟餐麵包。檸檬炒蜆,很reflesh, 麵包沾一些湯汁一起吃,很不錯👏。忌廉菜湯,沒特別,一般。烤馬介休魚,感覺有點鹹🤔,畢竟是傳統葡國食物,也不妨一試,可能白烚會好啲冇咁鹹。餐廳服務員招呼也不錯👍, 兩位約六百元,不過不失,用餐完,在新馬路對面,搭101x經港珠澳大橋返香港,輕鬆😀 continue reading

十月下旬的一個周六早上,在澳門的崗頂與呀婆井之間溜漣了大半天,是時候吃一個有份量的午餐啦!我們來到 Escada 時有點晚,已一點半了,全餐廳三層已幾乎滿,幸好我們早一天已訂了座,所以位置還不錯。餐牌很漂亮,很齊全,菜色也是正宗的葡國菜,二話不說,點了一個我也很少吃的“非洲雞”及什麼都有一點的“葡式拼盤”。拼盤裡每樣小食都很可口,真的可以逐一評評。哪條“沙甸魚”,其貌不揚,看了已有不想吃的感覺,但當你把它揭開兩半後,便會發現肉其實很嫩,骨頭很容易挑開,魚上的醬汁,跟沙甸魚一起吃確實是很鮮味,港媽不是很愛吃魚的人也像貓一樣了。中間的八爪魚pasta是冷盤,酸酸甜甜的,很醒胃。咖哩角是熱菜,幾乎不辣,但咖哩味很香,味到也很好。芝士波很香很軟,芝士味很香濃。火腿很香很鮮,哇塞,一口火腿,一口啤酒,像吸了口白粉一樣!最後是哪塊肉丸,不說了,總之是兩個字,好吃。我以上的描述確是有點浮誇,但這拼盤值得一讚的是,這七塊東西,味道包羅萬有,來瓶啤酒,兩塊麵包,拿著手機,真的是可以消磨兩三個小時!還沒講哪個非洲雞唷 。。。 它才是主角,大量的醬汁下的半隻烤雞,很嫩很滑,醬汁是跟哪隻雞和前面的這半隻薯仔(土豆)一齊焗的,所以端出來時,還菜未到,香味已到。汁是微辣的,很惹味,但它只有半隻焗薯,而汁實在太美味了,這半隻薯仔真的不夠,真想多點一碗飯,把汁撈光! continue reading

因為突然滂沱大雨,我睇到網上嘅介紹就嚟咗呢一間餐廳。呢一餐係今次澳門之旅嘅第一餐都係第一間葡國菜餐廳。呢度平均每一道菜都$200左右,不過以葡國菜來講應該都係平均嘅價錢!而且都係冇套餐嘅!不過餐前有麵包,個麵包都幾好味熱辣辣haha冇提供水呢一方面就輸蝕左少少。。。其他飲品都要$40一杯再加一我哋分別帶咗非洲雞,焗鴨飯,海鮮飯,馬介休薯球同一jar sangria非洲雞都幾好味,海鮮飯都好食份量都有六個人每人一碗。焗鴨飯就太乾而且冇乜鴨味...同香港糯米雞糯米飯差唔多薯頭就正正常常,不過有朋友就嫌佢太多芫萎haha因為冇水飲就嗌咗Sangria...真係唔推介呢一杯野飲感覺好似紅酒加咗水再加罐頭生果。。。成個用餐平均每人用咗$200但係唔係食得好飽,如果唔睇價錢當普通晚飯咁食我覺得都接受到。但如果係想體驗葡國菜我就唔推介呢一間啦! continue reading
