早年來此酒店飲茶吃飯,因其位置近澳門大街,價格合理。機緣巧合來此店吃「團餐」。本應不能苛求,唯不吐不快。豆腐湯尚可。燴豆腐淡而無味,即使省成本,亦應煮得好,否則浪費了食材。炸魚柳亦是如此,份量大,但炸得欠佳,不熱,不夠味。炆茄子稍好。燒雞,鴨伴海草頗佳。粵菜店往往是鑊上功夫不濟,燒味仍有質素。全圍菜餚最佳是燒排骨。肥瘦比例剛好,香酥可口。 continue reading
