同朋友慶祝生日就當然要搵個環境舒服又坐得耐嘅地方慢慢邊食邊傾。上openrice碌左好耐,最後就決定去樓上鋪嘅意大利餐廳。餐廳雖然唔算大,但寬闊嘅環境都令人好舒服,而整體上都感覺好chill,啱晒同朋友慢慢傾計。我地叫左兩個lunch set,再加配餐湯、沙律同甜品每個set都包一杯飲品,咁我就來一杯凍檸茶,生日壽星就升級飲返杯清甜解渴嘅荔枝蘋果特飲。加配嘅凱撒沙律有新鮮沙律菜配上芝士碎、煙肉同脆卜卜嘅的麵包粒,口感好爽脆。南瓜湯同樣出色,入口超濃香南瓜味又夠creamy,口感豐富。我嘅主菜係 香煎盲曹伴香草醬普羅旺斯燉菜,煎至外層香脆,魚肉嫩滑,入口即化而且一啲腥味都冇。而佢嘅燉菜軟腍香濃,加埋個蕃茄醬汁嚟搭配真係恰到好處。壽星嘅主菜係燒豬梅頭扒拼薯條,梅頭扒咬落非常軟腍又juicy,味道唔會太濃但就已經好夠味。外層燒得剛剛好,微微嘅燶邊食落加多一份香口。薯條應該係即炸,因為夠熱同埋口感外脆內軟,唔錯。最後就嚟一份是日甜點tiramisu,估唔到份量都幾足,而佢嘅味道又香又滑,餅底做得濕潤,咖啡味道都適中。 continue reading

Bookmark咗哩間手工制義大利粉餐廳好耐,今日去銅鑼灣shopping,一定要試試。餐廳以粉色為主,裝修得好靚。晚市都幾旺下,7點鐘已經好full。布拉塔芝士蜜桃車厘茄沙律,布拉塔芝士好得意,好似個波波咁。切開芝士球,同下層沙律撈埋一齊食用。布拉塔芝士外皮厚身,內裡流心,奶味濃厚綿密。再搭配埋酸甜車厘茄,食落好清爽。香烤千層芝士茄子,用千層面嘅做法來焗烤茄子同芝士。茄子焗烤後依然好juice,芝士鹹香讓茄子味道更加豐富。如果中意食酸D,可以再點埋周圍茄醬,同茄子好夾😊。忌廉牛油蒜香雜菌,用牛油烹飪雜菌,菌菇食落奶香味十足,又帶有少少酒香同蒜香回味。會搭配埋兩件自家制麵包,麵包酥脆點埋醬汁一齊食,好好味。香煎北海道帶子三文魚籽龍蝦汁扁義大利粉,用刺身級北海道帶子製作。帶子肉質厚實,煎到表皮微焦,內裡半熟,入口鮮甜嫩滑。意粉屬於软身果款,每一啖意粉都裹曬龍蝦汁,奶香濃郁龍蝦味濃。最特別係加入三文魚籽,增加咗爆珠口感,食到停唔落口。 continue reading
