「嫲嫲廚房」主打做京川滬三大名菜,有乾鍋、水煮、酸菜、涼拌系列等供應,一開始睇點餐紙個陣睇到有少少懷疑人生,因為小菜種類超過一百款,選擇多過酒樓點心紙又密密麻麻,心大心細又選擇困難症既人真心難揀,好在呢到有個點「半份」的貼心叫法,價錢夠貼地,可以放心叫多幾樣試下。本來以為半份細細碟,叫叫下收唔到手😂,上齊一枱滿曬,點知意外地半份份量好足,最後飽到肚腩出埋來。.是日餐點酸菜魚 (半份$88)菠蘿生炒骨 (半份$34)香辣雞軟骨 (半份$26)椒鹽粟米 (半份$24)黃金豆腐 (半份$24)勝瓜雲耳炒豬頸肉 (半份$32)上海炒年糕 ($48)手拍黃瓜 (半份$12)涼拌皮蛋 (半份$16).「酸菜魚」整體味道可以,半份酸菜魚來講魚片數量不多,反而底下酸菜足,有幾條寬粉,偏酸少辣,肉質未夠滑,過下癮是可以的,專程食酸菜魚的話專賣店比較好食,留番個肚比其他小菜啦!.「黃金豆腐」外表一粒粒金黃色,表層用左鹹蛋黃包裹,啖啖濃郁蛋黃香,中心豆腐嫩身,咬落去幾得意,一粒接一粒食唔停。「香辣雞軟骨」香辣得來又有咬口,真心會上癮😂,呢兩款作為配酒小食一流。.「上海炒年糕」味道鹹淡適中,煙韌有咬口,不過唔可以點半份,一份份量超足,有一刻懷疑係咪成包年糕落去炒,叫年糕既大家要考慮叫少啲其他小菜啦。.菠蘿生炒骨、椒鹽粟米以及勝瓜雲耳炒豬頸肉與外面食到差不多,涼拌類(黃瓜、皮蛋)作為飯前菜夠開胃,整餐落來性價比中上,平平地十幾廿幾蚊都有,幾抵食,而且款式多樣化,重口味又得,家常小菜都得。 continue reading
