很久沒有到澳門嘗試過「祥記麵家」今次叫了一碗$32的雲吞麵,一個浄水餃,但是比我的感覺,是非常的失敗!完全沒有以往的風味,麵質口淡淡,並沒有蛋麵的味道,雲吞完全不合格,水餃也是像街市買回來的。今次的經歷令到我們簡直是將這一間老店付諸流水!所以食市必須謹守崗位,不能求求其其的經營落去。 continue reading

呢間舖頭已經好多年歷史,早係幾年前旅遊書一定會有佢既身影。 宜家人氣雖然唔似之前咁旺場,不過反而仲好,唔洗同人迫。間店舖細細,勝在用料實在,周不時可以見到店員係度包雲吞,準時食材。呢間必食既係蝦籽麵!事關麵底都係好彈牙,好有咬口,配上蝦籽,味道配合得剛剛好,喝埋個湯就更加完美。我今次揀左薑蔥蝦籽麵,味道比較清爽。唔好睇佢細細個碟,其實一個女仔食係夠飽既。有時候好味既食材,簡簡單單放在一起已經足夠,比起其他相機先食既舖頭,呢一間真係實而不華,值得食既美食。 continue reading

澳門的蝦子撈麵試過幾間,但我最愛係位於新馬路紅窗門的六記澳門揾好野食的店鋪特色都係細細間。。,如果唔係有朋友帶路自己絕對唔會識揾d隱世美食六記的蝦子撈雖然細細碟,但佢地的c油+麻油加上昂貴的蝦子配上麵撈後簡直係絕配隨撈麵會附上一小碗上湯,可因自己的喜好上湯就咁飲/用麵沾湯一齊食我最鐘意就咁食蝦子撈麵,唔駛配任何上湯,已經好好味店內還有酥炸雲吞﹑豬手撈麵桑寄生蛋茶等。。。而可樂也是一瓶瓶的,別有一番懷舊風味 continue reading

同朋友去澳門遊,當然要食吓當地美食啦😋我哋去一間旅行書都有介紹嘅老字號粉麵店,呢到當然要試一試。我哋叫咗最出名食蝦籽撈麵,雲呑撈麵,豬手撈麵,水餃麵,牛腩河🍜炸菱魚球同炸雲吞🥟蝦子撈麵,份量比較細碟,但蝦籽味好香濃,麵質彈牙,值得一試👍🏻雲吞同水餃就一般般,無彈牙感餡料亦比較少。牛腩亦是一般,肉質較靭及唔夠入味,對相我比較喜歡香港嗰啲。炸菱魚球同炸雲吞,呢個正嘅!新鮮即炸,菱魚球好彈牙,雲吞炸得好脆!不得不贊嘅係個蜆介醬,味香且濃配上炸菱魚球一流👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

祥記麵家基本上係到訪澳門必食之一主打竹昇麵,金沙炸鯪魚球麵是無比的爽滑彈牙,配上特製的蝦籽,加幾滴豬油,一碟蝦籽撈麵可以話係完美無瑕金沙炸鯪魚球,有鯪魚嘅香味,但没有魚的腥味蝦籽撈麵和金沙炸鯪魚球可以話係詩畫雙絕今時今日堅持做竹昇麵的麵店,已經少之又少有人說澳門竹昇麵有4大巨頭,祥記、六記、巨記、黃慶記,排名不分先後這是別人家的排名我的排名只有祥記和六記,而且排名分先後竹昇麵這門手藝,都不知道還可以傳承多久傳承多久,就吃多久希望可以一直傳承下去 continue reading
