之前經過見夜晚好多人食,所以果晚去左試下我地叫左牛腩煲、炸大腸、炸魚球招牌魚滑、一些火鍋料雖然食完個煲可以打邊爐係好有特色,好適合兩三個人去食但係冇想像中咁好食牛腩真係好普通茶餐廳既牛腩所謂招牌魚滑連我屋企都好食過佢魚球只不過係炸,一樣味道然後炸大腸,就一般大排檔味道人均150左右,食唔曬有打包如果以大排檔眼光去睇,又唔算抵食如果單純講佢個煲,又算OK抵,份量幾多 continue reading

行程上最後一站是米芝蓮地道煲仔菜的 李家菜,店內酥炸鯪魚球 (MOP 55)、炸雲吞 (MOP 48) 及 美家燒腸 (MOP 48) 都是買一送一!所有小吃很有水準,平日不吃大腸的我都忍不住吃了幾片,鯪魚球更是外微脆、嫩滑可口,肚餓的話來兩份也得完!這裡每站吃幾款食物,實在十分滿足!特別最後還有一站甜點,嘻嘻~ continue reading

2015年5月27日,澳門一大盛事,銀河二期、百老匯酒店及大街正式開幕,當天下午獲邀出席開幕典禮及酒會,已經飲飽食醉,所以到第二日才有時間去品嚐心目中之餐廳,計埋百老匯大街,李家菜已是第三間店。有小菜、炸物、粉麵及車仔小食,點了車仔鴨血及咖喱牛尾撈麵,又是不多地方有鴨血供應,是用清水煮的,加上蔥花及蒜粒,鴨血是有咬口的,沒有一夾就散開,但可能味道太淡而其他人吃不慣,可點提供之醬油,不過我覺得不點醬已可;咖哩牛尾撈麵,麵身夠乾身夠彈牙,牛尾炆得夠入味同夠軟身,最愛薯仔夠粉。 continue reading
