點了蒸烏魚, 算是澳門名物, 烏魚祇能在咸淡水區域居住, 澳門沿海一帶, 正正是牠們的安樂窩. 外型個子小小, 但肉質十分嫩滑, 味道亦比很多大魚來得鮮甜, 兩個人你一口, 我一口, 碟上很快便祇剩下了骨頭, 推介之選!

最後上檯是梅菜蒸豆腐, 豆腐口感滑溜, 可惜是夜梅菜水準祇屬一般; 混和了肉碎, 豆腐和梅菜同吃, 還是會多扒兩口白飯.

果晚伙記話燒肉啱啱出,好正,咁我地就叫碟例牌試下,果然皮脆肉嫩,口感一流。


跟住叫左碟蝦子扒柚皮,呢個老爺餸係香港已經好少見,味道都好OK喎。

再黎半隻鹽焗雞,好有雞味,唔錯。

最後黎個蒜蓉炒豆苗,炒得夠獲氣,正。

埋單一的都唔貴,價錢係香港既七/八成左右咋,抵食夾大件。

一月上旬澳門之旅晚餐話說掃了半天街,對方說這裡一定要吃,因為有焗禾蟲同和花雀,還有抵吃的雞湯翅,橫豎要到手信街入下貨,就順道駐足一試吧。老式裝潢酒家環境蠻企理,招呼好又衛生總不乏遊客幫襯,二坐到卡位幾舒適的,放下大袋行理點了以上三味餸,過了冬至和花雀沒有了,對方大歎可惜,幸好還有焗禾蟲。和花雀不吃不是可惜,反正兒時細舅舅找來新鮮和花雀的印象已忘得一乾二淨,現在就算拿出炸黃丁當和花雀,也不會吃出分別。說焗禾蟲,是吃時間的,入冬後找到的禾蟲不會肥美,當造時蛋白質豐富的蟲蟲加上濃濃蛋香,是珠三角可吃到的人間美食,已過冬至禾蟲比自己仲要「削」,就算蛋焗得再香也難會好味,但本地連老二哥都不做時,這裡的禾蟲變得難能可貴,路過叫砵來影下相,Share看看也是好事。又說雞湯翅,小碗盛著的梳翅,雞湯底清鮮美味,梳翅很彈牙,分量方面絕不欺場,對方努力吃翅,自己努力喝湯,兩者各有捧場客。靚姐全程招呼周到,是幾有趣的一頓飯。

由細到大, 成日都會去澳門, 每次去, 好多時都會去呢間店舖食野。佢d翅好正, 當然價錢亦都有番咁上下。 不過用料都算足!不過係時候裝修下, 同埋服務有待改善啦!

My aunty brought us here for lunch ytd saying that the seafood is very fresh. We ordered loads of things, we ordered "jiu yeem" tao fu, "seen", fish pot, some sew mei and lots more. The sew mei mixture platter has chicken liver, cha sew, chicken kidney and sew yuk. all of them is very good, and theres not much fat too. The pot fish is very good the fish is very fresh and its still very soft after the long time cooking in the pot and theres some "sarn gun" mixed with some vegetables in it, the sauce is very thick and taste very good. The "seen" is also very fresh, very soft and taste very good but its a bit too oily.

回港前係度食午飯,食左:- 西芹炒石班球,大大件金黃色厚身班片,十分爽脆鮮甜。- 榨菜肉鬆蒸豆腐,正如樓面阿姐所推介,豆腐非常滑口,榨菜肉鬆好惹味,個汁送飯一流。- 咕嚕肉,好食、唔肥利。- 金銀蛋莧菜,足量鹹蛋片,莧菜都好好味。重有一條魚,因為自己食班球及豆腐拜食到停唔到口(真係有D失禮,不過,自己人食飯,冇有怕!),所以no comment!但家人都話好味喎!樓面阿姐好熱情,不斷添茶,重同我地講好多名人係度食飯既趣事呢!
