服務方面,侍應似乎只識英文,可能做商務客多。Welcome小食有芝士泡芙,油份重,所以幾香口。點咗set lunch,前菜係鵝肝,好彩有類似酸甜梅醬同多士,如果唔係就太膩。主菜點咗煎爐魚,好好食!魚皮煎到脆脆的,魚夠肥美。另外要讚嘅係配菜都好好味,椰菜甜、青口鮮,就連蘑菇都有雕花。額外點埋法式月餅試吓,入面係雪葩,外皮係杏仁粉皮,其實性價比唔高,試完就算。 continue reading

之前見好多人分享呢間位於摩珀斯三樓「風雅廚」,主打做法國經典菜,本來想一試最有名威靈頓牛扒,可惜當日無曬,而另一款較出名海鮮拼盤亦僅剩一份,有興趣試既下次真係要提早預約定。剛落座未點餐,調酒師已經推住推車為客人調酒,介紹今期來自日本酒,會詢問想要果香味定香料味重啲,我揀左一款比較輕鬆少少既酒,唔會太烈,要左重果香味,所以特別多水果加落去。.是日餐點:酥皮鴨肝肉批 ($178)巴黎式牛肉他他 ($208)特色海鮮拼盤 ($988)巴黎澳門 ($98)法式千層酥 ($88)餐車調酒 ($78/杯).前菜牛肉他他,用生和牛肉搭配脆麵包,個人推薦呢道,牛肉唔會有腥味,比預期中味道更有驚喜。.第二道前菜係服務員特別推薦,聲稱澳門無咩邊間法菜有「酥皮鴨肝肉批」,話非常值得一試。聽完介紹幻想同現實差好遠,圖中好似記憶麵包既就係佢真身,酥皮香牛油味但偏乾,鴨肝肉札實,中間有部分位似骨膠原啫喱口感,唔可以講唔好食,但確實不是我杯茶😅。.最期待一定係海鮮拼盤,有生蠔、青口、鮑魚、龍蝦、蝦、北極貝等分開上下兩層擺盤,搭配左檸檬、醋汁、沙拉醬等幾款醬汁,另外有一碟元貝同細麵包。非常值得讚揚龍蝦同蝦已經剝好殼,唔洗搞到咁狠狽。海鮮方面,生蠔🦪對我來講腥左少少,青口蝦鮑魚貝類正正常常,龍蝦意外地特別有彈性鮮甜,整盤未到傳聞中驚艷,至少未到失望。.甜品千層酥內餡係雲呢拿味cream,唔會過甜,整體食後唔會太膩,適合唔喜歡死甜既人。另一款巴黎澳門,類似泡芙甜品,對我個人來說超級甜,亦難搵其他詞語形容😂.食物方面今次有點小失望,唔會話特別驚喜,如果慶祝活動可以考慮選擇呢間,服務好,環境又靚,調酒做得唔錯,最後仲有執朱古力做ending。_⭐️ 需加一服務費 continue reading

Been told this place is worth the try and was fortunate enough to be taken to this place to celebrate my birthday. Service didn’t match the positioning as it was difficult to get the attention of the staff when needed. Food was okay but not too exceptional as expected. Tried the Gin Trolley where they were promoting but the drinks were pretty bland. I was given a “tour” of the bar where the staff showed me the variety of Gins - that was pretty nice. continue reading

約埋一班老友專程過澳門睇演唱會,嚟到澳門緊係吃喝玩樂啦,尋食係首要任務,經大家上網尋食一論篩選,終於首選此間在新濠天地其中一間酒店內的風雅廚。由酒店經大堂乘𨋢上到三樓去,原來再要經乘𨋢再上由reception帶入餐廳,給人感覺舒適而親切,包括所有服務員👍因為中午關係,我哋4人各點三道菜lunch套餐及一客巴黎式牛肉他他。青瓜沙律清甜,品嚐到由青瓜汁做成的啫喱粒,感覺到廚師由頭盤開始已給客人驚喜,友人的香檸醃黑鯔魚,以粒狀醃漬配以薄脆飽片伴吃,主菜香燒珍珠雞、杏桃,及白酒煮青口,至於牛肉他他,牛肉鮮味極濃不失是一道名菜,甜品我們都是選同一蜜桃白芝士慕斯,大家眼睛都被它吸引著,清甜蜜桃蓉汁伴著慕斯來吃,令舌頭上加添完美的句號,以二佰多元一位可享受到星級味道及服務超直👍 continue reading

New hotel, new restaurant, Alain Ducasse! Let’s try! Its set lunch costs only MOP198 for 3 courses (one starter, main, and dessert).I also ordered an extra dish - beef tartare, becuz it’s one of the simplest way to test the food quality. Bread, within standard. But the butter surprises meSnack - made of radish and is refreshing. Parisian style beef tartare - a bit disappointed of the beef quality (the color of the beef..) and lightly overloaded capers. Though the size is massive.Then I had my starter which is a form of mullet tartare “Black mullet marinated with citrus”. I enjoyed it way more than the beef tartare.Main: Mussels ‘ā la marinère’. Good! Although 20% of the mussels can be cooked for 30 seconds more, it was uneasy to open the shell/ use the fork to pull out the meat. Raw and cooked peach, framage blanc! I am never a big fan of dessert, but I finished it all! It was a great experience like unwrapping a birthday gift (the framage blanc was the wrapper paper, and peach sorbet was the gift)! Delightful presentation, color, taste, texture combination! Bravo Btw I love the staffs there! Good service!The lunch menu is changed every 2 weeks. I will definitely come back! continue reading
