嚟咗澳門咁多年,都係第一次食哩間林記,第一道菜葡式凍蝦,開胃d洋蔥勁好味,第二道咖哩牛腩,我哋一人食咗個豬仔包點咖哩,份量勁充足,香口勁惹味又食漏口,第三道跟住係大蜆,同行人話超有驚喜,牛油香草汁底,不過呢間真係勁好食,第四道香脆乳豬小小飯,皮脆肉嫩,兩個人飽到傻咗,再加支大啤🤤性價比極高,一定會再嚟幫襯🤩 continue reading

諗住去澳門食宵夜,網上好多介紹嘅都係乜乜大排檔,好多都開得唔夜。見到呢間林記燒烤開到凌晨四點,啱晒,食完晚飯就過去。嚟港珠澳大橋搭的士去大約$70,位置有少少隔涉,係住宅區樓下,兜咗一陣先搵到。叫咗佢嘅signature 葡式凍蝦,係唔錯嘅,蝦夠彈牙,出色位係個醬汁,有parsley,生洋蔥,橄欖油同醋,酸酸辣辣,好開胃,但性價比好低,6隻唔算大嘅蝦要$125。再嚟都係signature 嘅芥末羊架,叫咗細份,有三件,唔算大,食落芥末味好濃,甜甜地,好食,但件羊架有少少肥,不過好juicy。呢個咖喱牛脷正常發揮,用咗咸牛脷,腍得嚟有啲爽爽地,口感唔錯。加咗個豬仔包沾嚟食,個包好好食,真係外脆內軟,加上啲咖喱,好正。再叫咗一串燒粟米,係一條分開四舊,食到有牛油蜜糖味,好食。仲叫咗杯馬來吉仔水,一杯雪碧同一枝青島,两個人埋單$4xx。 整體嚟講係一間味道唔錯嘅小店,不過某些菜式價錢稍高,都值得再幫襯。 continue reading

一齊同屋企人去食澳門林記燒烤啦,我嗌咗芥末羊架、咖哩牛肉、蔬菜同豬仔包先講芥末羊架,真係好正啊!羊架燒得剛好,咁啱啱好熟,肉質鮮嫩多汁。配上芥末醬,夠辣夠香,令味道更加突出。真係令人回味無窮,係我最愛嘅一道菜!至於咖哩牛肉,就冇乜特別啦。味道中規中矩,咖哩醬味唔夠濃郁,冇乜驚喜,算係普通嘅一道菜。豬仔包味道唔錯。皮香脆,好味。至於店鋪環境,就較普通啦,冇乜特別。冇咩裝修,就係一個簡單嘅燒烤店。坐落位置有啲難揾,要耐心搵。 continue reading

很久沒有去林記燒烤,很懷念那一道自虐又好味的香草芥末羊架,一落船立即去食宵夜。2個人只點了以下食物,但已經好足夠 ﹕香草芥末羊架 –羊架烤得好靚,表面灑上麵包糠,中間塗了蜜糖芥末醬,肉質烤至約7成熟呈現嫩嫩的粉紅色。肉質保持彈性沒有騷味,份量超足的蜜糖芥末醬,可以達至鼻塞也暢通的境界。但甜甜的蜜糖醬,令我吃了仍想追吃第2件。真心推介必吃之選。葡式凍蝦 – 一共有6隻已脫殼的蝦圍住碟面,大大隻爽口彈牙。碟底洋蔥粒酸酸甜甜醒胃生津。串燒雞軟骨 / 鹽燒雞翼 - 師傅功力深厚,雞軟骨燒至乾身脆口,雞翼燒至皮脆肉嫩,還帶有肉汁。炭燒牛肋骨 – 因為本人不吃牛,不過朋友說好味有牛味抵食的。桔仔冰 – 帶清新桔仔香氣不太甜,還有粒話梅吊味,夠凍解暑 特別一提澳門氹仔林記燒烤不是在氹仔的,是在澳門本島,千萬不要被它的名字誤導去錯地方。 continue reading

見港珠澳大橋 開通左, 就周圍揾下有咩食,  發現林記燒烤 網上評價話性價比唔錯.就作為行程的最後一餐.一去到 店面唔係好大, 但都坐左7,8成. 服務員安排坐樓上的坐位, 冇咩裝飾但環境干淨咖哩崩沙牛腩 $80 , 燒 wasabi 羊架 (唔記得),  同燒鮮尤 ($130) 推介一定要食.咖哩汁香濃, 小小甜小小辣, 牛腩口感幾好,配包配飯食一流, 羊架配上wasabi , ,  口感幾好, 主要係靠佢二個汁 調味. 抵食.食飽飽之後就出街口 坐 102X 二個站就到港珠澳大橋 返香港. 嘩 好方便.店鋪係內街入邊, 唔識路就路在口邊. continue reading
