訂唔到永利宮~望水景,就去51樓看雲景,在羅斯福酒店最方便/最近來到這裏,也是我的後宮佳麗。這裏也跟永利宮一樣分二輪,11:30am及1:30pm,在酒店露台嘆完麵包早餐才來,時間尚早,賭枱完吓killing time。天廚1:00pm 上去先,在舒服優雅絲絨梳化等枱,我到達時跟接侍處說有朋友到咗,她請我在梳化稍等,心想即刻找,還要我等,天廚說係一種服務,讓你不用企到等,坐坐嘆嘆先,不用急。我們張枱近窗,侍應帶我從中間走廊入,不影響近窗客人,她也問我是否需幫忙提背囊,我覺得不好意思,事後,我覺得咁蠢,有人服侍都佢绝,做慣妹仔!天厨點茘枝紅茶2位$76,讓鼻子聞聞茶香,給口腔潤澤,以為會甜,但不是,質感順滑。侍應有禮先問客人對可種食物敏感,我們牛及蝦都不食,所以頭盆就送上黑白雲耳,冷盆,白色天空,兩片雲朵浮沉,爽滑,外望天空雲兒。海蜇醉花蹄$128,外形可做到一塊塊圓圓大小一樣金錢,厚薄均勻,酒味雖不濃,有口感,肥而不油,廋而不鞋,味不咸也不淡,交叠蓋爽甜粗幼均勻海蜇,用黑水雲碟盛戴上。翠竹帶子腸粉$108,幼露荀與腸粉相間,粗露荀片夾入帶子腸内,若隱若現,帶子鮮,腸粉皮晶瑩閃亮幼滑,醬油鮮香,一片祥雲,腸粉與豉油絕配,只有質高低之分,其他材料增加精彩。黑蒜蜜味叉燒包$78,好似熊貓,黑蒜的茶色染包身不同部份,無蒜味是我認為缺點,叉燒餡及皮當然酒店水準,如果加入黑蒜,更切合名字。松子野菌生菜包,當點菜時侍應推介黑毛豬义燒,我一直上臉書,我說不喜歡一大舊肉,天廚提議此菜,點咗我先知是野菌不是肉,3百幾元,發瘟咁貴,再睇餐牌係2佰幾啫$228。生菜揀最嫩部份~芯,眼腈都睇出嫩度,剪出兜葉形,齒狀邊,外形殺食,天廚說像一朵朵雲,野菌粒~猴頭菇,草菇,雲耳……,增加爽口感的,有蓮藕粒,紅蘿蔔粒及松子;菌香、松子香撲鼻,搽甜醬油~鲜味,加點脆炸白米粉,質感顏色味道都成對比,觀賞與味覺也感受到恩賜。最後送上蜜糖雪梨茶,清心潤肺,飲完要求再要多杯!劃上完美句號。走時,無人offer幫我提背囊! continue reading

Lai Helen is recommended by a friend when we both went to Macau for a short w/end. I didn’t know it’s a Michelin rewarded restaurant until I sat down and my friend told me abt it. Waiters are well-trained, knows their specialties. Environment makes u feel comfy with lots of chinese-style artistic decorations - in blue theme. Of course, food are excellent too, with all kinds and of dim sum on a book menu. You may also request food that isn’t printed on the menu, we ordered 肉絲炒麵兩面黃, and chef agreed to make that. We were the 1st table arrived during lunch time, so even though we didn’t sit next to the window, we’re able to see the full view of the huge shopping & entertainment Centre, with high-ended hotel resorts - City of Dream 新濠天地. It does achieves the quality of a 3-star Michelin standard restaurant. continue reading

以往來澳門吃飯經常選的是葡國餐廳,但今次試一試酒店的中式餐廳。這間米芝蓮一星餐廳在Ritz-Carlton 的51樓,居高臨下,坐在窗旁能夠看到整個澳門銀河的全景,雖然我們來的時候餐廳沒有滿座,但也建議預先訂座。餐廳內環境舒服,時尚的裝修,坐得非常舒服。侍應的服務一流,非常貼心,因應我們人數而去調教份量,讓我們能夠嘗試更多不同的菜式。我們叫了蜜燒西班牙黑豚叉燒、香酥鮮菇糯米包、黑椒鵝肝鮑魚撻、肉鬆鴛鴦蘿蔔絲酥、瑤柱紫薑蟹肉炒飯及一個菜。我們特別喜歡三個點心,蜜燒西班牙黑豚叉燒,叉燒是用西班牙黑豚肉肩頸位置做的,入口鬆軟,蜜汁甜甜的,好吃!黑椒鵝肝鮑魚撻,鮑魚肉質剛剛好,不會太韌,撻皮鬆脆,味道配搭得很好。最後,肉鬆鴛鴦蘿蔔絲酥,炸得非常鬆脆,蘿蔔絲鮮甜! continue reading

今天一行七人到這裡食午餐,因為訂不到新葡京的8。餐廳在51樓,樓底高,視野廣闊,環境不錯,待應親切有禮。鮑魚燒賣、黑蒜义燒包,雞粒咸水角,椒鹽尤魚鬚,比較普遍。鱈魚餃,清清淡淡,都可以。西班牙黑豚义燒,肉質鬆軟,帶點甜香,幾好。蒜蓉菜芯,份量不多但菜遠嫩嫩的。金銀旦莧菜,皮旦/鹹旦粒很好但莧菜就比較淋。海皇燴飯,份量大,有海参、鮑魚等海鮮粒,但個汁就甜左少少。帶子腸粉,帶子結實,腸粉有點點米香。前菜有豆付粒,一般啦。尾單有柚子啫喱、蓮蓉餅仔及雪梨茶都不俗。埋單 $2300/7位,差不多價錢,個人應為新葡京8比較出色。 continue reading
