和家人到澳門巴黎人酒店微旅行。在巴黎軒訂了晚餐。Menu 目不暇給(OMG我有選擇困難症)。地方舒適,服務細心周到。前菜是分子料理,大大的一顆包著如百香果汁,十分開胃。自家椒鹽豆腐-豆腐是師傅自己製作的,有香濃的黃豆味,外脆內軟,吃的時候一定要小心熱!燒鵝一點也不平凡,吃得出是嚴選的食材,皮脆肉嫩。師傅醃製的功力也甚高。脆米波士頓龍蝦泡飯是必食!米是炒香過的,鮮甜的龍蝦湯,配啖啖肉的波士頓龍蝦,吃前加點脆米混合口感十分豐富。三杯銀鱈魚十分香口,用三杯雞的方法烹調銀鱈魚實在少見,火候處理得很好,銀鱈魚嫩滑,我特別喜歡薑蔥都沾滿了三杯汁,孩子把魚都吃光,我就把薑蔥到吃光。全部都滿分好味道。下次我要再來常常午餐供應的點心。 continue reading

T先生製造另一驚喜比我,澳門again☺️☺️ 入住巴黎人,預訂了<巴黎軒>食中菜,目的係替我慶祝生日😊餐廳座落於鐵塔內6樓,入口在商場5樓,門外有reception 做簡單登記;餐廳營業時間為晚上6時,等了片刻,再搭升降機上多一層就到餐廳,有另一組receptionist 做greetings,令客人感受到餐廳既歡迎😄 行過一條必為打卡用既走廊,就入到餐廳了。我地差不多是第一枱客人,餐廳亦預留了靠𥦬座位,可以欣賞外面風景。另外,鐵塔的主幹在餐廳內,餐廳環境/設計幾modern和高級, 並不像中菜廳,反而更像浪漫的西式餐廳(法式!?😁) 幾有情調;而且座位寬敞,坐得很舒適。📍Gerard Bertrand ‘An 806’ Corbieres AOC, France, Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvèdre $98/glass有氣氛亦有情調,當然要order 紅酒🍷,浪漫一番啦。我地對紅酒認識不多,由職員介紹下就揀左806 紅酒。紅酒比較fruity,易入口而口感亦比較順滑,去到中間飲到少少乾澀感,最後酒既after-taste 亦帶有堅果和木味質地,整體既平衡度不錯。難怪T先生冇耐就飲完啦😊📍小食:百香果配奇亞籽配自家製海苔腰果餐廳送的餐前小食。百香果帶酸甜,配上無味既奇亞籽,用湯匙盛著,可以一口放入口中😉 這種酸酸甜甜口感,味道好清新,而且一洗味蕾,為其他主食做準備,唔錯唔錯😁📍煙薰BB鴿 $148上枱時,已經用上器皿蓋好繼續煙薰中,相信這也是比食客打卡用。打開蓋後,散發著相對味重的木味煙薰,但我鍾意呀😆餐廳用上12-15日大的BB鴿,原隻上枱,職員亦即場用剪刀分為四份。賣相不俗,皮薄脆口而且肉嫩,亦食到少少陣陣的木薰味;而香茅就用作伴碟用,經過薰焗後,亦有陣陣茅香味。個人而言,我認為有色香和味呀😋📍脆米濃蝦湯波士頓龍蝦泡飯 $558主食可供2-6人。我和T先生得2個😅😂 賣相、擺盤幾好,餐廳將蝦鉗放在中間,能夠吸引食客眼球,而且用砂鍋盛著可以保持食物溫度。另外跟上一壺熱湯,用上極多基圍蝦熬製既蝦湯,很重很濃味既蝦湯,而且好熱燙。再配上炸過既香米,炸得脆口但唔會過乾,質感剛剛好。將一碗熱到滾燙既蝦湯,配上已炸過既米粒,口感很特別,而龍蝦亦煮得剛剛好,就算用砂鍋盛著,唔會因為時間耐左而令肉質變老,呢個真心讚我和T先生食到停唔到口,蝦湯真係一流,這款中西合璧既湯,我好鍾意❤️📍惹味三杯汁鱈魚粒 $318食得津津有味期間,另一主菜亦上枱。賣相亦跟餐牌上既相差不多😆😆 味道不錯,鱈魚真心有魚味,而且煮得剛剛熟,好滑口而且有入口即溶既口感,配上三杯汁,唔會過咸同時亦有三杯酒既風味,獻汁調校幾好,有掛汁⋯連埋其他配菜一齊食,極具風味,難怪T先生很喜歡呢道菜,邊食邊讚啦📍生日拼盤這是餐廳免費送贈的。其中一位職員拿著拼盤,另外二位跟著,來到餐枱前唱著生日歌(法文定葡文!? 🤔😊) 很有驚喜,而且儀式感十足壽包:味道正常,不太甜。南乳豆沙一口酥:很特別既組合,食到南乳咸香味,之後就係豆沙甜味,味道唔錯。薩琪瑪:味道正常西柚棉花糖:陣陣西柚味既棉花糖,味道十足,夠清新而且不太甜。T先生安排得很有心思🥰🥰 而且餐廳服務一流,介紹菜式,不時跟食客互動,照顧客人需要;餐廳佈置裝潢很有浪漫氣氛,環境亦很舒服不太嘈,可以讓食客靜靜地享受每一度菜式。這裡都幾適合慶祝生日或周年紀念日。CP值高既餐廳,有機會一定會encore, 真心推薦事後食評味道:5.0/5.0價錢:5.0/5.0環境:5.0/5.0服務:5.0/5.0 🌟衛生:5.0/5.0 continue reading

每次過澳門都要去一趟巴黎軒,因為好鐘意呢度嗰碟炒得超香嘅安格斯🐂牛肉炒河,仲有好好味嘅點心;唔黐牙嘅🐖义燒包、又香又好味嘅風乾火腿燒賣、拉絲芝士牛肉球、清甜香脆嘅蘿蔔絲酥同埋脆脆龍蝦腸🥰💯😍😋全部都係每次黎嘅必點必食點心款式✌️✌️🥂巴黎軒嘅小菜同樣做得出色超有水準㗎,我非常喜歡亦係超級推薦;登登登⋯⋯完全係香、酥、軟、腍、滑、嫩嘅🐑羊膝,呢度菜係絕對值得一試嘅好味又抵食嘅一道菜式🍴🥢😋😋😋😋回味! continue reading

Lovely dinner for Winter Solstice. The captain that was my server for the night Kun was absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing but proportion too big for a tasting menu. They only dish that was not that good was the beef & foie gras way to salty to my tasting. And the place was way over lite. The lighting was all wrong with out any ambulance in the room.
