 好多食喜蓮的朋友由其網上意見都會:1: 遊客。2: 退步。命運使然(其實即是近),我每隔一段時間都機緣巧合下去喜蓮「測試」一下,今日又去,說兩句。環境: 其實如果說喜蓮經常很多人很多遊客並不公平,資訊發達澳門那裡不多人呢? 星期二早上9:45 去喜蓮,很多人? 大約只有約 7 成吧。而且眼見一半以上本地人,最起碼和我同枱和之後的都是。 所以平日去還是可以的。 有禮貌,咖啡出慢了追單,立即跟進並且誠懇致歉。食物(二人前): 我守舊一點,每次都點牛尾湯通加蛋,加個飽和咖啡。牛尾湯通加隻蛋:你問我十次也好,一百次也好,喜蓮的牛尾湯通也是我的 top 3,依然足料,牛尾碎粒上有骨,湯底沒以前濃但那甜甜地的味道就是我杯茶,一定要加太陽蛋,蛋黃混和湯中加通粉,美味提升到另一個層次。 豬扒包:如果你和一些名店如「葉熾記」等比較就免了。包很脆但小小硬,豬扒未算鬆軟但不太「化學」,醃料重,聞都聞得到。咖啡:香,好飲,機啡,本土地舒服總括而言如果你問我,喜蓮在澳門茶記未必最好,但久不久一吃水準還是穩定。加上有其必殺技,在氹仔這間茶記依然值得支持。 continue reading

人人去澳門都要試,以前佢開係前小小既舖位,宜家個舖位係以前既三倍,個第位既人數都多三倍!一去到,請去收銀處拿個籌,話俾老闆知你幾位。其實舖面大左,已人流又快左,基本上係食完就走,我地二人等左20mins ,都尚算ok. 始終勁多遊客同本地人黎!其實等既其間已經望左d 人叫咩野食,枱枱都叫免治牛飯,甘signature ar ma.乾免治豬肉飯佢係豬肉加薯仔粒炒,撈埋上面隻半生熟蛋就真係精髓,可以食哂成碟飯。哩個係澳門本地菜,好多茶餐廳都有,但就係哩度好食乾炒豬扒意個份量好大,有兩塊大豬扒,其本上要食哂d 豬扒都有難度。紅豆冰勁多紅豆,佢用鮮奶開水。枱枱都叫,但好似都係大家樂嗰d 好味d. continue reading

This Restaurant was recommended by staff at the hotel, came for late lunch group of 4, no needa queue. Ordered a hot coffee, which is ok but not exceptionally great. Also tried the 咖喱角、 焗豬扒飯、焗雞飯, then I understand why this place is so popular. They are into the details, I love the pork chop rice in particular, it is smoking hot like right off the oven. The rice has some sort of creamy sauce in it which make it tasty on its own. I would recommend this place to others as I think their fame is well deserved and reasonably priced even they don’t do set. continue reading

芝士咸牛夾餅好味咸牛肉配上芝士已經很邪惡,烘底飛碟令口感再昇華,如果咸牛肉份量多少少會更好。紅豆冰,粒粒紅豆大大粒亦夠圓潤。干蛋免治牛蛋飯再黎都係牛肉,免治後亦能夠將牛肉味鎖死,牛肉味道好重 ,炒得有獲氣,配白飯吃一流。牛尾湯通湯底羅宋湯味,牛尾骨肉好「淋」,牛肉肉汁完全滲入湯底之中,通粉軟硬適中。既簡單又好食 continue reading

🇲🇴澳門地膽喜蓮咖啡必食牛尾湯通粉🥄Macau's Best Macaroni in Tomato Oxtail Soupマカオで、トマトとウシの尾のスープのパスタ澳門氹仔舊城區的喜蓮咖啡是澳門本地人常常去食早餐、午餐的蛇竇,中午時段多數要排隊等位。雖然餐廳叫做喜蓮咖啡,但並非走西式cafe的休閒品味路線,而是跟港式茶記一樣的大眾化本地風。喜蓮咖啡的招牌之一就是圖中的牛尾湯通粉,牛尾湯湯底濃郁有誠意,配料也很豐富,蕃茄、紅蘿蔔、西芹及牛尾全都煮到軟腍,加上即煮彈牙的通粉,是一碗有感情又好味的牛尾通😋😋去澳門掃街記得去埋呢一站呀! continue reading
