葡萄餐廳嘅食物,環境,服務都好好,基本上一星期會去1-2次,lunch set都好抵食今日嘅餐前小食係炸馬介休,又脆又熱,好好食。餐包有香蕉麵包,葡式臘腸包同啤酒麵包。好熱辣辣,好香架!配埋佢地嘅牛油一齊食真係好正!葡式青菜湯,一邊飲一邊食到佢啲菜,唔會太咸啱啱好酥炸馬介休,馬介休嘅肉質都幾彈牙,外層嘅皮都好脆,配埋個汁都好食豬柳都ok好食!但同馬介休比都係馬介休比較出色甜品以澳門酒店餐廳嚟講算出色,唔會太甜,慕絲都好滑,有時候啲新甜品會有驚喜環境同服務都好正架!除咗某位黑面嘅女服務員,其他人都好好,好有禮貌,會熱情有禮咁招待你總括而言,葡國餐廳非常值得光顧,極度推薦 continue reading

終於有時間po好耐之前十週年紀念日食嘅嘢😂 紀念咗咁多年,本身都係諗住搵間餐廳食下野行吓街象徵式紀念下,但又覺得十年要做啲唔同嘅嘢😆 點知男朋友話不如去澳門跳bungee jump😳 好搞笑,估佢唔到,咁去得就緊係搵間靚餐廳食吓😋 本身想去天巢,冇窗口位放棄咗,留番下次😂 呢間之前都食過一次,環境好舒服,侍應仲會着埋葡國服裝,好有葡國風味🤗 佢啲前菜好精緻,無花果脆皮同八爪魚都用上唔同嘅伴菜同醬汁點綴,令到簡單嘅菜式味道豐富啲💕 湯嘅賣相係普通咗啲,但味道濃郁👍🏻,同埋包竟然可以熱到出住煙上枱,牛油香滑,香腸包外脆內軟,包來講算係數一數二🤣主菜一個係燒春雞,估唔到係會用好多泡咁上菜,幾得意👀 另外就叫咗焗馬介休傳統葡國菜,味道口感都控制得好好😋最後有甜品車😍,主要揀咗啲冇咁甜嘅甜品,雪芭同埋木糠布甸,有幫手寫咗字,但認真手字有啲醜😂 差啲唔記得仲有蛋撻同埋芝士,飽到痴咗線🤰🏻 真係要慢慢食,享受埋個舒服環境🥰兩人大概MOP$900 continue reading

一行四人經港珠澳大橋到這𥚃食午餐,餐廳供應午市set lunch 2 course MOP310及 3 course MOP380,包甜品車2款及咖啡/甜點。麵包籃,香蕉軟包,微暖鬆軟,香腸包皮脆包身又充滿彈性,啤酒包就普普通通。蒜蓉青口,青口4隻蒜蓉味適中,伴鮮橙啫喱凍,味道豐富。甘筍湯伴小龍蝦,個湯好creamy小龍蝦新鮮彈牙。煎馬介休好滑好嫩口,系另一種感覺,跟馬介休炒飯,個炒飯好香口。烤羊肉串份量大,外面焦了一點,內裡嫩嫩滑滑,跟羊肉碎意粉粒,伴碟有大量蔬菜。烤雞就好一般。鱸魚份量吾細但沒有甚麽特別。甜品拿破崙酥皮好鬆化,吉士又好香,十分出色,薄荷朱古力批,淡淡薄荷香。尾單嘅份量一點都不賴,小葡撻撻皮鬆化,個撻面好香肉桂味,紅桑子雪葩好解膩,朱古力雪糕就普通了一些。加一杯 expresso double ,香濃非常。埋單MOP1518/4位,抵食!題外話: 侍應明顯不夠,所以所有服務都比較慢。 continue reading

這裡有一個好抵食的午餐配搭,就是點3 courses with dessert(因為比2 course 只貴了數十元,然後選一個前菜/湯、一個海鮮、一個肉類,那就變相吃了兩個Main course, 一定飽到嘔😂打頭陣的麵包香軟綿滑,配牛油兩款,完全是要我大口大口吃~但是硬麵包還是少碰😯湯品點了薯仔湯,正常水準;另一位則點了蟹肉沙律,鮮味十足,配菜十分開胃。兩人點了總共4個主菜。香辣海鮮Pasta 還算惹味,但海鮮味道不太突出;焗馬介休具有葡國風味,份量剛好因為太多則膩;葡國燒雞軟熟多汁又入味;黑豚漢堡勝在小巧玲瓏,但味道無甚驚艷。飯後選了甜品車,一人兩款甜點,蛋糕、木糠布丁等只屬中規中矩。用餐環境走old school 路線,埋單每人四、五百蚊,的確豐富而且味道不令人失望。 continue reading

前一天親自'去左餐廳book位,佢話有位,留低哂名,電話,時間等等。佢用筆抄低哂,同我講dress code,仲要話"聽日見"。於是,我第二日就同生意上嘅朋友準時去到。然後佢話冇我纪錄,你其實是否沒有訂位,我當然堅持話我有book。然後用質疑眼光就問我有冇booking number, 我話冇,因為我親自來book,你地留低哂資料就叫我聽日來,並沒有俾咩booking number 我。此時另一個職員同番嗰個同事講電話booking 先至有number,佢係親自來book。最後他們亦冇任何安排,只講一句唔好意思,叫我下次再嚟。好差!!!!!!!我仲係專乘揸車同客戶去食嘅! continue reading
