前排同男朋友去左澳門玩2日1夜,夜晚揀左呢間位於銀河下面既一間葡國餐廳「葡軒」食晚餐~其實好幾年前曾經黎過呢度食,相隔咁多年唔知仲好無食!?果晚記得我地好好好肚餓,雖然落左單,但免費麵包籃遲遲唔上,結果催左幾次先有,真係就餓死我地。。。當麵包籃一上,我地蘸好多葡國橄欖油同蕃茄辣蓉醬,唔洗幾分鐘就食完~無幾耐就上「焗蟹肉沙律」,呢個非常好食,必點!呢個馬介球魚柳同想像好唔同,味道okay但份量偏少葡式焗鴨飯就中上,d飯好入味,不過略嫌鹹左少少 continue reading

唔知點解,每一年總會心思思想去澳門,食下野住吓酒店,今次同太太入住呢間Galaxy澳門銀河酒店,今日出邊30幾度,真係唔係咁想出去,只好留喺酒店附近有咩好食,行咗個圈又唔想食food court ,就試吓呢間有米之蓮嘅葡國菜,望吓餐單一啲都唔貴,9:00入到去,眼見只有半場客人,可能係星期日嘅關係,叫咗幾樣野試下,葡式非洲雞,個醬好惹味,雞好滑,小食拼盤,裏面有芝士,風乾火腿,沙律,仲有一些好有特色嘅葡式小食,紅酒會牛尾,真係真心好食,牛尾炆得好淋,最重要個汁加埋薯蓉,夾到不得了,超級推介,總括嚟講價錢親民,絕對可以一試 continue reading

趁復活節假期,去澳門二日一夜遊,當然主力是食好嘢啦✌️因為落大雨,留在酒店行街送嘢、朋友很窩心,訂了一個很正的萄國菜👍Parma ham 真係頂瓜瓜,味香入口兼濃,真係唔知點點形容🥰然後因為唔識叫,就order 咗個 mixed 拼盤,cheese 好味道呢✌️其他的小食and salad 🥗 都勁出色🥕🉐️另外一個紅酒燴牛肋骨,肉香美味,好正。另外有個肉鬆煎蛋🍳好好味😋最後當然不可不試葡國雞飯,個葡汁 非常 super地方環境非常好👍 continue reading

氹仔新建的大型酒店位置相近,各酒店提供的免費接駁車方便遊客於不同酒店間穿梭遊覽,花一整天也逛不完。我每次來到澳門都要吃這裡遠近馳名的葡國菜~今次選了葡軒,餐廳位於Galaxy酒店內,從澳門碼頭坐酒店的免費接駁車過黎非常方便,晚飯前後也可於酒店內的超大型商場逛逛街。而且這裡服務貼心又可以預先訂座,省去了等候入座的時間,於行程安排上時間可掌握得更好。餐廳室內設計是經典的葡式風格,深黃色牆身配上紅色吊燈,氣氛親切溫馨。侍應會先奉上一個大大的餐包,切開四份,烘得熱熱的上桌便嗅到麵包的香氣。雖然外層有點硬但內裡非常軟綿,佐以橄欖油和餐廳自家「葡軒辣椒醬」一起吃。「葡軒辣椒醬」的味道有點像豆瓣醬,辣度偏低,於辣味中帶有蒜香,是偏咸的。朋友很愛這個味道,一邊吃麵包一邊蘸醬,不知不覺間便吃了幾匙呢~ 可見他有多愛這醬汁了~ 哈哈~馬鈴薯卷心菜湯配葡國腸仔包 MOP 68馬聆薯湯於湯內的薯茸帶點粉粉的口感,卷心菜切成絲狀咬下去爽爽脆脆的,還有些切成小塊的火腿粒,層次豐富。葡國腸仔包的腸仔味道及外形均與Salami腸很接近,麵包帶韌性,我喜歡這厚厚實實的口感。葡萄牙起司火腿沙拉 MOP 88葡萄牙起司味道挺濃的,口感幼滑,火腿是Parma Ham,這款火腿肉味濃而且油香重。沙律中間裝飾著一朵紅紅的蕃茄花,廚師將蕃茄切成薄片再卷出花瓣,簡單的食材花些心思便可創作如此漂亮的擺盤啦~這道菜的奧妙之處在於,如果將每款食材都分開吃的話,他們的味道很普通。但如果將所有食材一次過吃,慢慢咀嚼,他們產生很好的化學作用,整道菜變得很好吃。果然是有用心調整過這食譜呢~ 這組合很絕配。非洲雞 MOP198來葡軒沒有吃葡國雞,反其道而行之我選擇了「非洲雞」,揭開這非洲雞的神秘面紗。原來是將雞肉反過來,皮向下、肉向上的做法,覆蓋著厚厚的醬汁。醬汁充滿椰香及花生味,味道有一點像沙嗲及椰漿的混合體。沒有雞皮的阻隔,雞肉更充份地吸引醬料,更入味。墊在底的薯角薯仔很嫩很粉,非常美妙。完美的一餐當然少不了甜品作結,原來這裡是沒有甜品餐牌的,侍應會將整卡甜品餐車推到你的桌子前讓你選出心儀的甜品。這方法也太吸引了吧!比起文字,與甜品這樣直接面對面的交流使我選擇困難症又發作了。好不容易挑選了看起來很吸引的奶油巧克力蛋糕。奶油巧克力蛋糕 MOP58這款蛋糕於餐車內沒有雪葩在旁,上桌時看到可愛的檸檬雪葩有點小驚喜呢。蛋糕中央是熔岩巧克力,將雪葩放在熱蛋糕上一起吃,這冷熱交融的口感好吃得我快要升天了。值得特別讚賞的是所有熱菜上桌時,盛載食物的碟子也是加熱了的,使食物溫度能保持得更久,這一點很加分。由頭盤到主菜水準都很高,而且價錢合理,服務又優質,想快點再回來光顧呢!餐牌 continue reading

呢間葡菜雖然位於酒店,但價錢同環境(仲有份量)都係走親民路線;同埋好欣賞佢地個新menu將澳葡菜同葡國菜分類,因為坊間(包括在下)都成日分唔清兩者嘅分別,學到野呀今次👌🏻而今餐點嘅菜式都係正宗嘅葡國菜,highlight如下:🥣香菜馬介休湯伴水煮蛋及酸麵包呢個湯係葡國南部嘅特食菜,係澳門真係第一次食💁🏻‍♀️簡單地以馬介休吊起成個湯嘅鮮味,浸塊sourdough加隻靚仔水波蛋,好一道典型嘅葡式家庭菜,喜歡!🐂香煎牛里脊粒配白酒汁及腌菜呢味菜嘅葡文名Pica Pau,意思就係啄木鳥,因食嘅時候要好似啄木鳥咁逐粒逐粒食而得其名😂個牛肉煮得幾腍,但最緊要係有自家製腌菜嘅加持,酸酸地幾消滯🐙燒章魚配新薯及蒜蓉香菜汁章魚生熟程度剛好,但就咁食會覺得有啲普通,不過加埋底下嘅caramelized onion同個汁就完全唔同食法,味道層次會豐富好多💁🏻‍♀️ 主菜中最鐘意係佢🥧葡撻係咪覺得係澳門入餐廳食葡撻好好笑呢🤡係廚師嘅強烈推薦下抱住有少少懷疑嘅心態叫左黎食,呀廚話呢個係正宗嘅葡撻,做法同澳門嘅唔同,蛋味更濃、質地似流心吉士,亦相對甜啲,但不變嘅係撻皮依然酥脆香口,又真係同葡撻始祖Pastéis de Belém有得揮,證明呀廚唔係吹水😂另外仲叫左:🐟馬介休魚柳配粟米麵包、白豆、芥蘭及葡國肉腸🐖慢煮伊比利亞黑毛豬配黃油豆飯及自製薯片 continue reading
