過澳門玩通常都離不開賭錢同食野喺Galaxy入面就兩樣都俱備!同屋企人黎 食完酒店早餐又唔係好肚餓 一於去福臨門飲茶食件點心門面極具中式氣派 而且地方夠大又闊落 俾人一種好舒服嘅感覺~整返一壺大龍袍同陳年普洱嘆一下先餐具一樣同裝修貫徹始終紫米春風得意腸—— 腸粉皮用紫米漿打成 所以整出嚟呈紫紅色 十分可愛腸粉外軟內脆~超級香口蜜汁叉燒——煮到又軟又腍既叉燒 淋上香甜蜜汁一碟例牌真係唔夠喉~酥皮蛋撻仔—— 熱辣辣嘅迷你蛋撻仔一層層嘅酥皮包住充滿蛋香既蛋撻 絕對拍得住香港蛋撻嘅質素燈影煎堆——呢個絕對係餐廳嘅招牌菜之一用來呃like、比相機食先絕對係每一台都會做嘅例行動作!炸到又圓又大嘅煎堆球 影完相剪成簿塊~每一塊都充滿芝麻香整體來講 服務質素好、環境舒服、食物質素高所以比呢個價錢絕對係物有所值呀~ continue reading

今日一放工就過咗嚟澳門同屋企人食飯。屋企人預先訂咗福臨門同埋一隻八寶鴨,唔係一張七點鐘嘅12位枱。我個人嘅感覺就係普通嘅廣東菜,燒肉同埋叉燒OK好食但又唔算話好特別。唯一比較特別嘅就係個八寶鴨鴨身裏面裝左好多材料。裏面嘅材料吸收晒鴨嘅所有味道幾好味。12個人埋單$3400。個人感覺唔係好值得呢個價錢其實有好多其他餐廳都好食過佢 continue reading

跟多年老友一同過大海揾食,一行四人老遠跑到這所富豪酒家在澳門的分店試了一頓午餐。結論是 : 無論價錢以至食物質素都是屬一級的水平的....來得這兒,有好幾味自不然是一定要點的。其中一道,便是她的乳豬片....當然,能吃到乳豬全體是最完美的,但只得四個人固之然未能如願。幸好這例牌的水準也不賴,是真正的皮鬆化而肉嫩的....蟹肉大良炒鮮奶既食到炒牛乳的濃郁奶香及滑潤同時亦嚐得出蟹肉的鮮甜。掌勺的炒功,的確是不簡單....魚湯鮮腐竹浸時蔬也殊下俗 ---- 奶白色的魚湯非常夠濃甜而鮮;;腐竹厚身得來存在著豆香;綠油油的菜心爽甜新鮮....近來都沒有吃過質感如斯滑不溜口的蒸牛肉餅了。肉有了陳皮的點綴下在肉香鮮之中還帶點點甜瀝,絕對是送飯王的最經典代表....在這一類專做傳統宴席菜的酒家吃東西,有數味菜弄出來的水準一向都能維持著一定的水平的。脆皮炸子雞可算是其中的表表者....眼前的炸子雞樣子賣相"擰立立"非常引人;肉完全入曬味之外皮當然也是薄而香脆又滿載著油香,是十分穩陣的味道....另外必備的還有紅豆沙及杏仁茶。前者明符其實煲至起沙不過甜亦帶陳皮香;後者香滑富杏香而不存苦澀....這一頓飯當然不便宜....但我個人認為倒是物有所值的。"福臨門"這老字號,仍是可堪信賴.... continue reading

專程到訪香港的名人飯店“福臨門”,皆因要支持一位踏實認真工作的年輕廚師。脆皮乳豬:鬆脆而不肥膩,肉質實而不華。蟹肉大良炒鮮奶:料足而味美,色澤純白令人不捨咀嚼。脆皮炸子雞:脆皮,就是真的要夠脆,雞肉,就是要夠新鮮,更要令人想繼續吃,一口氣吃了多塊,飽滿了。杏仁茶:蛋白融入茶裏,塊塊都想慢慢才捨得吃,實在味甜及滲出誘人的香味。這次再次享受非一般的美食,實在:超值。 continue reading
