小店距离大三巴不远,却并没有挤满游客。我过去吃早饭的时候,感觉店里还是本地人居多。这顿早饭是我在澳门吃到的最价廉物美的一餐。猪扒和鱼饼都不厚,但味道够好。夹的面包是法式的,里面涂了一层黄油,很香。还看见不少本地人在吃炒面,想来味道应该也不错吧。 continue reading

米芝連用什麼準則?唔可以話差,只可以話同好食差太遠,當然小店被冠上米芝連光環後,食客會不斷,包括我都因為咁去試,同一般澳門小店一樣,老闆有性格,雖然未至於去到受氣嘅程度,但要 keep到個水準其實好難,酸嘅咖啡,用炭爐又如何?冇炭香味,用嘅係化學炭,唔係木炭,多士又係凍嘅 continue reading

今次澳門之旅我地mark低左一樣新野 - 炭燒魚餅包!豬扒包就食得多啦,辣魚包亦試過,魚餅包就真係少聽啦!所以決定抽少少時間去會一會佢!好彩有GPS導航,令屈小姐同賴生2位小朋友都可以窮遊澳門,用雙腿替代的士,行晒今次旅程超過8成既路,慳番唔少交通費可以用係食方面,而另一個好處就係邊行邊感受澳門既風土人情 (再另加減肥同加速消化)!而《新英記》就係工業(?)區入面一間小店,相信冇GPS,賴生都帶唔到屈小姐黎(無辦法啦⋯⋯未尼過麻)!入去一坐低,四眼一望就知道呢間係傳統澳門茶記,裝修一般,但人流唔算少既,而大家既枱面上都有一個共通點 - 炭燒魚餅包($25)炭燒魚餅包 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢個包簡單黎講可以分3個部分 - 魚餅,麵包同整體!A) 魚餅 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️單論魚餅黎講,新英記絕對係中上之作!贏在口感!魚餅厚度均一,佢唔會滴油或者油淋淋,外層2邊都好香脆,而內裡更加係好彈牙同埋滑,只可惜佢輸在味道! 味道黎講,魚餅冇炭燒香味同味道,而且味道較淡,未算出色!B) 麵包 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️烘得脆同熱既,中間有掃牛油,麵包黎講佢做得幾好,如果中間既麵包面再脆D(即係脆到咬落去有麵包碎飛出黎果隻),入面既麵包更鬆松就更好 不過同樣,個包係冇炭燒香味同味道架C) 魚餅包 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️正如剛才所言,佢既魚餅同麵包都有一定水準,但夾埋之後係咪好夾呢?又唔係喎,夾埋之後,顯得魚餅太薄,味道更淡,只係食緊一個普通有餡包咁,但係個餡好彈牙,所以個人覺得淨食魚餅會更好,味道更出(佢menu有嫁)#旅行就是要四處去覓食#試過活過才是無憾#有你在人生的旅途上陪伴真好#即使天氣很壞太陽就在我的身旁 continue reading

3個人叫了2個豬扒包,1個魚餅包,熱咖啡奶茶和駌鴦。因是用炭烘慢火控制火侯,個包的脆不像其它用焗爐長期烘著的—樣,外面脆到卜卜聲,咬落去碎晒那些。真係可以在—口裏完全食晒先脆後軟的豬仔包、豬扒的肉味或魚餅的彈牙,口感豐富,唔會包肉分離。炭煲咖啡真的比-般港式咖啡香和濃,唔會淨係得淡奶味,奶茶茶味亦十分香濃。只試了呢啲招牌嘢,冇失望,可以講重有啲喜出望外。每一啖咖啡和奶茶,每一口熱辣辣炭火烘焙的包點,都感受到老闆對食品的誠意。 continue reading

為咗食好西你可以去幾盡?對於我呢個路痴。黎「新英記」的確有難度。「新英記」唔喺大街大巷。喺橫街窄巷𥚃。唔識路記得問人丫炭烘🐷仔包有11款。招牌嘅有🐷扒同🐟餅。🙋🏻點咗招牌🐷扒包。個包烘到熱辣辣脆卜卜。🐷扒唔算厚。有淡淡黑椒味。🐷扒仲好juicy 。「新英記」係遠d難搵d。不過食品水準高。值得1⃣️試。 continue reading
