第三次去澳門,今次先食到水蟹粥,朋友介紹食呢間就黎try try😺見餐牌好多款式,但同男友2條友食飯試唔到咁多野,叫住4樣野加湯先。一場黎到,首先我地一人一盅迷你佛跳牆先,幾足料,花膠滑嘟嘟,都幾多魚翅,鮑魚仔有3-4隻幾入味,有d紅棗桂圓、乾瑤柱同大舊海參,重點啖湯的確幾甜。我既主角*水蟹粥*😍聽就聽得多,終於有得食。有足一隻蟹架🦀size就一個大湯碗咁多,粥底綿,見到有好甜金黃既蟹膏,蟹肉好鮮甜,好食👍🏻清晒~鵝腸好爽,無肥膏的,覺得炒得好均勻,味道適中。但我比較喜歡食白灼既多d,因為鍾意鵝既原騷味😂😂炸乳鴿價錢的確比香港貴,但係一只等於兩隻份量,肉質滑溜鮮味,都幾脆添。揚州炒飯就好大碟下,配料幾多,炒得幾有鑊氣,飯粒分明。呢餐食到勁飽,因為明明見飽都想食晒個粥佢 continue reading

黎到南灣區做野,又要同兩個外國同事食飯,佢地話食中菜又要地道d 唔食酒店野。甘其實又有好多選擇,哩間係米芝連推介既,我自己都係好耐好耐之前食過一次,個時都未上榜。佢裝修好中國式,佢係石牆間格,又有個石拱門影下相,佢以前係普通茶餐廳間格,今次就即管試下。外國同事要求食最typical 既野,甘就食d local 野先楊州炒飯炒得好香,熱辣辣上枱係吸引既,用料都足,每啖飯都食到餸。 干炒牛河炒得混,每條河粉都有色,好正,不過牛肉小左d, 不過同平時一樣炒河超油,但係甘先正,邪惡食物永遠都好味既。燒味,梗係叉燒加燒肉燒肉皮脆,唔咸,ok叉燒係廋左d,如果有半肥廋就好啦。 continue reading

下午食完葡國菜,夜晚都係食中菜,但係又唔想去李康記或者陶陶居,最後朋友話試吓呢間。去到門口見到好多人喺外面等位,應該唔差,仲見到佢攞到米芝蓮推介。又咁近新葡京,又有推介,唔怪得知咁好生意,不過就係大陸人為主。好彩我哋只係兩個人,其他人多數係等大枱,等咗一陣就有枱。餐廳嘅裝修都幾啱大陸嘅口味,仲有十大元帥同十大上將掛喺牆上。酒櫃有茅台,XO同藍帶拱橋等大陸人特別喜歡嘅酒,酒櫃下面就有一台大陸客至少飲咗兩支茅台,好彩餐廳裡面冇一大陣嘅白酒味。我哋兩個都唔係好肚餓同埋都鍾意食粥,所以先叫咗兩碗泥鯭粥,其他就冇乜所謂,叫咗隻乳鴿,蝦醬通菜同紅燒魚頭煲。兩碗粥最先嚟,泥鯭應該係煎咗先至折肉,咁樣煲啲泥鯭肉冇咁易散,但係啲粥就冇乜魚嘅鮮甜味,好彩粥底唔差,好好味。啲粥未去到廣東粥咁綿同埋仍然可以見到煲得相當爛嘅飯粒。乳鴿相當香脆,但係就太乾,要食到近脾位先有啲肉汁,不過不失。淨番嗰兩味就極之失望,都係太鹹。個蝦醬通菜煲煮到淋晒,通常揭開煲蓋時啲菜應該仲生生哋,用煲嘅熱力慢慢焗熟啲菜,但係呢煲菜一開蓋已經淋晒,仲出到成煲水,只可以食嗰啲冇俾嗰啲汁浸住嘅菜。魚頭煲亦一樣,只有啲豆腐唔算太鹹,可以食。魚頭亦平平無奇!真係唔知佢點攞到個推介! continue reading

到這間老店,點了它的雲吞麵。印象中的澳門麵條與香港的最大分別是,澳門的較彈牙,和沒有鹼水味。而這次的麵條雖然是沒有鹼水味,但麵身就較腍了,是不合格的那一種。 continue reading
