周末到澳門度假,晚上想試下葡國菜,就來到呢間出名的葡菜餐廳。我們沒有訂位,幸好早到(我們晚上6點半到),店員幫我們留位。隨後有不少沒有訂位的人來到,店員都表示滿座,要等到8點才有位。我們等了半個鐘左右就有位了。 店面不是很大,但很有殖民地色彩,環境不錯。我們一家四口點了四個菜:麵包焗葡國雞,葡式乳豬釀飯,燒美國牛肋骨和咖哩雜菜。上菜很快,點完不是等了很耐就有得食。麵包焗葡國雞個麵包焗得好脆,食到卡卡聲。葡汁雞肉好入味,拼埋麵包真係唔錯配搭。店員好細心,會幫我們剪開個麵包方便食。老人家表示很喜歡。咖哩雜菜就普通咖哩汁炒雜菜,個汁送飯一流。燒美國牛肋骨意想不到燒得好好味,仲好大份,有兩大塊牛肋骨。葡式乳豬釀飯都好好食,D乳豬好厚肉,好juicy,不過葡式乳豬個皮唔脆,同平時香港食開的不同。個飯就有D似西式醬汁煮嘅飯,齋食都好味。埋單5百蚊唔駛真係好抵。食物有質素,服務態度好,價錢又合理,下次都會再食。 continue reading

差唔多每次嚟氹仔都會去呢間葡國菜餐廳食飯,佢哋嘅款式種類好多,而且價錢算係抵食兼好食 所以每次見佢地食客都比較多,如果呢間舊店已經full曬,佢哋響附近仲有一間新店~ 可想而知響氹仔官也街呢邊佢都幾出名~ 先會開多一間分店響附近坐低就同朋友叫咗一支黑啤同一支啤酒Super Bock黑啤都幾好飲,重麥味。馬介休薯蓉球 $48略嫌唔夠咸,太少馬介休,炸得都夠脆幾香口。葡式辣汁蜆肉蝦 $83呢個小吃有驚喜,辣辣地個汁味道幾特別,蜆肉同蝦都鮮甜,啲蝦好大隻葡國咸豬手沙律 $55沙律菜好新鮮,個沙律汁有少少似泰式沙律汁,酸酸辣辣咁,豬手有好多片。麵包焗葡國雞 $83每次都會Order嘅菜式,農夫包焗到好脆好好味,點葡汁食無得頂!不過今次個葡汁好似太稀,比較淡🙁總括嚟講都係唔錯嘅~繼續支持! continue reading

我同家姐兩個人要去澳門威尼斯人聽演唱會,所以特登提早到澳門睇吓有咩好嘢食,網上見到呢一間食評唔錯,又見攞好多獎,價錢合理,地點又喺氹仔舊城區,方便食完之後行過去威尼斯仁酒店,所以去食下。晏晝接近2:00到達餐廳,服務生話有一張枱賣緊單,所以等左5分鐘左右就入得去,俾咗張二人枱我哋坐,張枱唔大唔細OK啦,好快就比兩杯水同Menu我哋,我哋仔細睇咗Menu上嘅選擇,見到其實牆上面也有其他手寫餐牌,所以都幾多嘢食,但因為得兩個人所以叫唔到太多嘢食,雖然係咁,今次嘅餐飲體驗令我好難忘,覺得值得推介!叫咗個葡式乳豬釀飯($178),上嘅時候熱辣辣,乳豬皮好脆,肉質嫩滑多汁,名副其實嘅必食招牌菜,炒飯底有橄欖,好香好好食,想講即使後來乳豬飯涼左少少,但係個乳豬皮仍然keep到好脆,非常高水準!另外叫咗個芝士薯蓉馬介休焗酥皮($98),每次去澳門食葡菜我一定會叫馬介休,因為本身好鍾意食薯仔。上嘅時候一碟有兩個,每個size都有手掌咁大個,仲要係落足料,如果女仔一個人食一個其實都會幾飽幾滯。薯蓉有煙肉芝士加洋蔥,好好食,啲薯蓉唔會太溶,會有啲薯粒咬吓,好明顯真係人手壓用心做;至於酥皮夠薄夠脆仲要超香牛油味,真係好好食,當然食完之後付出嘅代價就係要勤力做運動消耗返。總括來講,我非常推介呢間餐廳。如果食飯時間來應該都要排隊,所以如果不想排隊,最好就提早少少或者過咗食飯時間先來就好啲。這間餐廳仲有好多嘢食,見其他枱有叫葡式焗麵包雞、葡式咖喱炒蟹(見隔離枱食客食到連手指都吮埋)、檸檬白酒炒蜆等等,下次一定會再嚟試吓其他菜式。 continue reading

幾年前同大佬嚟食過,之後都係好掛住佢個葡國乳豬釀飯!今次專登過氹仔再食!1:30 左右到,冇訂位情況下曬住等咗10分鐘就入座。當日只係點咗兩樣嘢!就係乳豬飯同炸馬介休!乳豬飯即點即做,都等成4個字先上菜。乳豬皮脆,肉嫩多汁同有淡香五香料味,骨頭香脆,咬兩咬香濃到唔捨得吞。飯粒明顯係焗到有少焦脆飯粒,唔乾好有咬口!夾有粒粒葡國腸,口感豐富味道豐盛!炸馬介休啱啱炸好皮鬆軟脆,餡滑,不過薯仔同馬介休味就比較淡,一定要襯熱食!35度情況下叫咗2支葡啤降溫,麥味中等小甘。 continue reading

對於我地d窮L,一年先去一次澳門,(去澳門二日一夜都5平架)儲夠錢去澳門享受,我地多數食自助餐,因為平同有質數,但今次試下食葡國餐,真係好正,我地六人叫左,葡汁麵包雞、馬介休球、肉醬意粉、檸檬白酒蜆、乳豬飯、血鴨、豬手沙律、酥皮馬介休薯蓉、1渣水果酒,每樣都好好味,出餐又快,服務超好,下次再食過😋😋😋返到香港我地日日都掛住佢,我個人推介(檸檬白酒蜆、乳豬飯、酥皮馬介休薯蓉、水果酒)係一定要食同飲,但係記住早一、二日前訂位,我見佢地好多人等,因為太好味正!!! continue reading
