今日跟住澳門米芝蓮推介搵食,去到路氹城呢間本地葡國餐廳。福隆 老店位於 澳門福隆新街佛笑樓旁的小店,其後得到米芝蓮加持,喺路氹百老匯大街開設分店!福隆新店 地方寬敞,分室內和室外座位,可以遠眺對面橫琴風景。木系裝修,行簡潔休閒風格!食物方面主打傳統葡國菜和澳門菜!硬豬仔包暖暖的豬仔包 外皮脆身煙韌,內裏軟綿綿 ,塗上牛油加添柔順香滑!馬介休球用葡國鹹魚和薯仔攪碎混合炸成球狀! 甘香味美、香脆可口,咸度調和得十分適中!燒沙甸魚這裏的沙甸魚比我們常見的罐頭沙甸魚 體積較大,但魚刺較少!魚皮燒烤乾身脆口,散發陣陣焦香,非常惹味!燒牛仔骨每次嚟澳門必食之選,是我的至愛!賣相 吸引,肉質嫩滑多汁,牛仔骨牛肉味濃鬱,令人垂涎欲滴!葡國雞經典澳葡名菜, 有薯仔、橄欖、香料和雞件 烤焗而成,面陣陣焦香,薯仔和雞件非常入味!啖啖肉,大快朵頤!硬豬仔包每枱是免費奉送的。而餐廳提供礦泉水是要收費的,一公升支裝售20蚊。 另外值得一讚,服務員態度良好細心有禮!睇完整份餐牌 ,大部分菜式都係一百蚊左右上落,價錢確係實惠! continue reading

見weekend得閒,同11個朋友去澳門一日游。呢間係朋友媽媽推薦既,所以我地就早幾日book左晚餐既枱,行到攰同去完賭場就可以直接過去。佢位置係銀河嗰邊,基本上跟著d signs行10幾分鐘就會搵到係邊,都幾分便。我地十幾個人基本上成個menu既菜都有叫到。我覺得西餐主要都係食個醬汁,如果佢個醬煮得好味,咁都成功咗一半。 總體嚟講呢間嗰啲醬汁都偏鹹, 但係配埋麵包食或者同夾埋d肉都唔錯。葡國雞雞都幾滑, 入邊有蘿蔔,洋蔥,同薯仔做配料。燴牛尾蕃茄味道好濃郁,煮到好軟熟。叫左兩款馬介休 (一紅一白)我鍾意紅色嘅嗰款多啲,但兩款個魚都好嫩滑。厚切芝士麵包可以拉絲葡國焗鴨飯個人對鴨麻麻,飯有d乾咁,但朋友話都ok。比較特別嘅位係好少食到焗鴨飯,嗰個汁都幾好食, 唔好睇佢咁個樣,其實鴨肉好多㗎,不過都係下面白酒檸檬炒蜆雖然佢話係白酒檸檬 ,但係唔知點解會食到好香牛油味,用黎點麵包岩岩好。埋單12位3000幾港紙(約每人250),叫左超多餸,飲左兩支酒,食得好飽。Overall都推薦大家試下,係幾有特色既葡國菜 continue reading

呢邊通常係酒店住客過黎,夜晚黎到唔多人,夏天竟然安排左坐室外,有風扇唔覺得熱,加上海邊有風,氣氛本來係幾好,但係有蚊!建議一定要坐室內啊講下食物先餐包,外脆內軟,正正常常。第一次食馬介休,友人話馬介休係葡國菜必食,所以叫左試下。原來味道同咸魚差唔多。個飯炒得好香,粒粒分明,唔會太乾太淋。咖喱雜菜,啲菜好入味,而且菜既種類都幾豐富,加上有咖喱汁,好適合送白飯。葡國菜,我覺得個味道同咖喱雜菜差唔多,不過呢個有肉類。雞件大塊軟身,好易咬,同個汁好夾,好淋好入味雖然價錢唔平,但係份量好多,性價比唔錯👍🏻今次嗌啲野食大部份偏濃味,我地不停飲水,waiter服務好好,一見杯水少左就即刻過黎斟。 continue reading

午餐品嚐一間「車胎人推介」,喺澳門歷史悠久「土生葡菜」餐廳~福龍葡國餐其中有幾樣菜式做得唔錯包括厚切芝士包、馬介休球、白酒檸檬炒蜆、非洲雞同焗鴨飯「土生葡菜」~名副其實「Fusion料理老祖宗」,一般只會代代相傳,少有對外公開,導致一啲菜式面臨失傳,因此喺2012年被列入「澳門非物質文化遺產」名錄 continue reading

來澳門玩,當然是起碼有一餐要吃葡國菜,才叫到此一遊。可不是每次都吃到好吃的,什麼木偶,小飛象,都不太好吃,今次和老公家人來吃的這間福龍,倒真的不錯!一如其他萄國菜,味道還是太重!吃完「口呱呱」。不過,現在澳門好味葡國菜難找到,值得再來的!我們一行六人點了7個菜1個甜品,還在餐廳外剛巧做的drink & dine小檔買了一支紅酒入來喝,這餐確是不錯啦!第一個來的菜 - 白酒花甲 - 白酒湯超清甜,我們每人快盛了多湯匙喝,花甲肉也多,不會甩到只剩花甲shell而沒有肉。而愛吃的莞茜真的perfect match!讚!馬介休薯餅 - 都不錯,只是咸了些,或許是加了咸魚,所以少咸吧!海鮮飯 - 海鮮飯一直是每人最愛點的一個菜,不過不是每次都吃到好吃的,而九成是味道超重的,這個也是其一。味道ok的!海鮮很多,蟹身蟹鋼、魷魚、魚、花甲、青口,海鮮多過飯;湯飯,不過不能當湯喝,像蠔仔粥那個湯和飯的比例就是。咖喱牛尾 - 這個不錯,雖然看得出是煮好一大鍋,上碟前再去微波爐叮一下。咸味ok,送飯一流!馬介休炒椰菜 - 讚!咸淡適中,味道好!我覺得是最好吃的一個菜,必試!用的是新鮮馬介休,吃得到魚肉,菜也炒得剛好!非洲雞 - 看起來像是雞扒上碟,味道其實不錯,醬汁味道好,口感和味道都像是印尼沙嗲醬。本人愛吃的薯條就炸得不太夠脆,搶不了非洲雞風頭(當配菜應份吧!哈哈!)木槺布甸 - 一般,cream很多,木槺比例少,還是莫義記好吃,真後悔經過新開的鋪沒幫襯!埋單差不多$1100,算是抵吃! continue reading
