平時經過都唔發現有間餐廳,仲以為係博物館或者政府部門,全靠朋友推薦先食到好嘢。一入到去充滿外國情懷,人客唔多,環境安靜,基本上都可以2個侍應服務1張枱,點咗3樣嘢都只係三百幾蚊落樓,抵!炸馬介休球:必點!即叫即炸,馬介休好多但唔鹹,香草調味啱啱好,最緊要係唔似出面扼遊客咁炸薯蓉。鴨飯:另一個傳統菜,鴨肉絲好多,唔會騷。唔好睇好似好平好少,佢係舖到好實,所以基本上3個人先食得晒。炒雜菜:食飯點都要有條菜,佢落蒜蓉炒,所以好香,清碟冇難道。 continue reading

每次來澳門食葡國餐是必定的,今次同事推介老公一間附有正宗葡萄牙烹飪證書的餐廳,我們當然也不能放過啦這間名為澳門陸軍俱樂部,原為私人會所,午餐只給會員,如公眾欲嘗試便要於下午1:45到餐廳排隊,而晚飯則對外開放。今次我們預訂了7時晚餐,職員也可安排坐在靠窗位置,因時間尚早,故開始時客人不多。環境擺設全是歐陸式,客人又大多看似退休軍人,感覺真的坐在歐洲的餐廳內。因下午茶仍未消化,而同事特別推介烤乳豬和葡式鴨飯,所以我們沒有要套餐,只先要了一支餐前酒品嚐,才慢慢享受主菜。總括而言,我們對這裡非常滿意,下次一定會再來 continue reading

先講环境氣氛,清靜又優雅,一流食物有水準又有心思,是夜系点咗套餐+乳豬,套餐前菜,餐湯夠熱又味道濃郁,另一前菜,生鱼片+火箭菜,擺放精緻有心思,又美味可口,主菜鴨腿+菜飯,美味非常,甜品擺放精美非常,又美味可口乳豬皮脆肉嫩,值得一试再试,咖啡美味濃郁,有萄国風味,令一餐飯,譜上完美句號唯独侍应員全部木口木面,服務态度有待改善。 continue reading

今日放工, 跟同事去左澳門陸軍俱樂部食. 今次有訂枱, 所以唔使洗等就有位. 而且今次人數比較多, 可以試多幾樣野.黎葡國餐廳, 當然又係要叫例牌葡國菜式. 先黎個馬介休球, 水準之作, 好味.第二樣係非洲雞, 肉質唔鞋, 個汁好味.第三樣係葡式海鮮飯, 足料味濃, 好味.第四樣係烤乳豬, 皮脆肉嫩, 好味.最後係鴨飯, 又係勁多鴨肉, 水準之作, 好味.食物份量大, 枱同枱之間相距遠, 環境古典. 以呢個價錢, 係呢種環境氣氛, 食高質素的食物, 超值!!! continue reading

排隊等吃我從來都深惡痛絕,但這幾天想吃好吃的都試了,還有半小時才營業,這裡已人聲沸騰,Dining hall 一扇木門半掩,瞥見裡古典雅緻,等也不妨,結局我們是三枱walk in 客的其中一枱,幸甚。Buffer lunch 百多塊一位,食物款式不少,卻不吸引。先點了蟹湯,是透明的膠瓶子盛着熱湯在你面前倒進碟子,如果是用銀瓶子盛熱湯,整個表演會更體面,湯有蟹膏香,有蟹肉鮮,如果熱一點就完美了。伴麵包和罕見的檻欖醬吃,十分十分滋味。烤豬耳簡直驚為天人,條條切得細細幼幼,透着濃濃的炭燒味和豬油香,香爽脆,是令人吃不停的美食。馬介休是我吃過的最美味,炸得酥香,馬介休沒死咸,鱈魚和薯蓉渾成一體,外脆內軟,配那伴碟的眉豆沙律吃,天下妙品。最後來的葡式焗鴨飯,主角不是鴨不是葡國香腸,是那粒粒皆治滿鴨油香腸咸鮮的飯,熱辣辣,軟糯適中,啖啖都韻味悠長,佳作。 continue reading
