每次來到澳門,都好想揾到間食正宗嘅萄國菜。於是上網揾到呢間澳門陸軍俱樂部,原是只開放比會員的,因為推廣萄國傳統文化,依家可以開放公衆訂座,就算係遊客,都可以食到正宗萄國菜。我地點左個蟹肉湯:服務員先放蟹肉,用瓶子盛著熱辣辣的南瓜湯。在你面前倒進碟內。蟹肉鮮甜,清甜又濃郁嘅南瓜湯,超正。焗鴨飯:份量十足,飯面上有幾片薄薄的香腸和煙肉,鴨肉全放在飯內,香腸嘅咸香味滲滿飯粒,惹味好食。燒乳豬:乳豬外皮好脆,食到肉香味又有口感。千層蛋忌廉酥伴肉桂雪糕:千層口感酥脆,肉桂雪糕,微甜,入口即溶。 continue reading

好開心,今日可以同屋企人一齊去澳門2天遊。阿女帶我哋到這間餐廳食葡國菜,原來佢一早已經訂咗枱,6:30我哋就到咗陸軍俱樂部。這間俱樂部超過百年歷史,建於1870年,榮獲美食大獎,以前是沒有對外開放的。餐廳環境清靜,設計典雅。✨蟹肉湯:新鮮蟹肉加濃縮南瓜湯,清甜,好味。✨燒乳豬配蕃薯片:乳豬皮脆肉嫩,番薯片酥脆。✨牛油果扇貝沙律:扇貝鮮甜,沙律菜新鮮。✨葡萄牙焗鴨飯:鴨肉絲非常多,份量足夠。✨水煮馬介休:馬介休不是一般魚肉的軟滑,質地非常實,有口感。食完主菜叫多三個甜品✨萄式蛋布甸伴香橙✨傳統葡式甜米布甸伴芒果✨千層蛋忌廉酥伴肉桂雪糕布甸煙煙靭靭,不是太甜,飯後甜品的確唔錯。 continue reading

晚餐於澳門陸軍俱樂部,那兒充滿葡國的裝飾,環境優美,價錢不算太貴,墨魚好好味、葡式乳豬很有口感,焗鴨飯份量也不少、馬介休球都唔錯,大家齊齊飲咗一樽碼頭老鼠,酒精成份11 %,幾好味!不過,我不太喜歡他的甜品太甜了! continue reading

多得老公推介來這裡吃葡國菜,因為要趕船返香港,我們未夠6pm便到達俱樂部。由於事前沒有訂位,俱樂部負責人便給了我們Waiting 1籌號牌。餐廳6:30pm才開始晚市,我和老公便趁等候時間在俱樂部打卡。6:30pm餐廳終於開門,我們亦很快被安排了座位入座。餐廳設計典雅,空間感夠。我們點了廚師蟹湯、傳統葡式焗鴨飯及特式烤乳豬伴蕃薯片。每樣食物都份量十足,味道中上。焗鴨飯的飯吸收了鴨的鮮味,而蟹湯亦鮮甜可口。服務生的服務都殷勤親切,值得一讚。 continue reading

好幾年前食過一次,疫情後再次光臨,風味依然。叫左一個非洲雞伴薯仔及沙律、一個俱樂部海鮮飯、慢煮馬介休配南瓜汁及一個青提汁煎石斑杉。餐前嘅麵包有啲失色,又硬又凍,但牛油好香,又有橄欖蓉同油,比較特別。食物一次過上枱,非洲雞少少辣,雞肉鮮嫩多汁,薯仔煎得香脆,配以炸脆左嘅煙肉非常咸香。慢煮馬介休同平時嘅炸馬介休球好唔同,原來馬介休好有魚鮮味,少少咸,肉質結實,行不錯。青提汁煎石斑好大塊魚肉,肉厚皮亦厚,好有膠質,滿滿嘅膠原蛋白。最出色係海鮮飯,有蝦、青口、蜆、魷魚、帶子粒,最驚喜係有一舊龍蝦肉,飯以湯煮成,似湯飯,但好好味,凍左都唔覺腥。整體感覺好值得去,下次都要再嚟P.S.男士記得要着長褲,同埋記得要打電話黎訂枱 continue reading
