去得澳門當然要找機會試一些地道的葡國菜,今次沒有光顧木偶,小飛象,但就試了另一間在官也街附近的葡國餐廳,裝修極具葡萄牙風味,猶如置身於葡萄牙一樣。該間餐廳,中午十二點才開門,到下午三點便會休市,所以想食的人一定要掌握時間,最好當然是預早BOOK 位。餐廳內的環境其實是比較窄,可能葡國人是沒有肥仔的。首先,拿來的是面包,面包看來是新鮮焗製的,可以代替白飯來點汁食,超正。馬介休魚球,個人認為口感比較似較硬的魚蛋,但更香口。葡國香腸,似較濕的臘腸,但加了很多芥欖油來食,除了有芥欖油本身獨特的味道,配上中間一些香料,風味更特別。右上角是一碟用馬介來炒的炒飯,不像港式炒飯那麼乾身,但風味更獨特。最後是迷你沙甸魚配芥欖油,加蒜蓉一起食,最有趣的地方是整條魚連骨頭都可以食落肚,一種愈食愈想食的感覺。抵玩指數4.0)原本覺得價錢偏貴,但諗深一層這種經典葡式風味,其實己經愈來愈小,餐廳的食物,食落不會感受到太香港的口味。環境方面地方雖然偏窄,但乾淨企理,裝飾亦帶有異國風情。服務態度亦十分友善。另外溫馨提示, 一般的傳統葡國餐廳都沒有免費的水提供,這間亦不例外,不過我個人認為買一枝天然的礦泉水跟葡國菜一起享用,也是一個不錯的選擇。 continue reading

話哂2日1夜澳門遊又點少得食葡國菜呢🤗多數人都去食咩木偶呀個d今次搵偏d嘅試下先餐廳名字好似好流咁喎。。。但原來食物一d都唔流先黎個炒蜆小食叫得小食,我以為得幾粒點知都好大碟下喎😲粒粒都有蜆肉,唔會得d殻仲好飽滿,好肥味燒牛仔骨都有成3條咁多一d都唔孤寒薯條熱辣辣,岩岩炸起極度推介「燒野豬」其實我唔知野豬同普通豬有咩唔同但食落去豬味好濃郁,好有咬口好似食豬肉乾咁濃味,但一d都唔柴,仲好juicy 添😋食西餐都想飲少少酒半支價錢唔貴,大約100蚊飲落都ok,易入口,配野豬好good👍🏻 continue reading

之前同朋友食過一次,佢的炒蜆令人回味無窮!所以今次要再encore!Book左六點半,好快就有位啦!我哋同上次一樣點左以下食物:馬介休:葡國美食必點啦!馬介休新鮮整出嚟非常熱啊,難得非常有魚味但唔會腥!炒蜆:炒蜆主角出場!不過…同我地上次食嘅餐好遠!上次隻隻蜆都非常好肉大大粒!但係今次啲蜆肉薄到喊!得層皮咁!可能蜆唔當造卦?個個食一粒都講一次'真係好薄呀d蜆?!"期間侍應附上熱辣辣豬仔包,我諗係成餐飯最好味嘅食物!麵包非常鬆軟,點炒蜆嘅汁食真係一流!令我點左芝士拼盤送麵包,都不錯!只是很好味另外點了rib eye同烤牛排,我們點了五成熟,但最終好似八成熟上碟⋯兩舊肉都比較乾同冇乜汁,比旺角的豉油西餐牛扒還要差!雖然薯條熱辣辣好味,但都挽救不到對這碟食物的印象!最後上場的烤魷魚,算是不錯!不會太韌,切起來還是有少少汁。總括而言,短期內不會再來!因為實在太失望,可能到夏季再來是一次炒蜆,希望不會太差吧! continue reading

都唔係第一次講,若在氹仔食葡菜的話,「葡國美食天地」絕對是我的首選。上個月去澳門也是以此店為終點站。此店的最大強項是燒烤食品。這次吃了充滿鹹香又有咬口的燒排骨,配埋薯條便成夢幻組合。我也愛吃其馬介休球,細細粒但吃出一絲絲的馬介休。其實這裏的葡式海鮮飯也是一絕,但這餐不想吃兩個主菜,選個製法相近但便宜多的蕃茄飯當主食,再加個沙律,完美!呢間店真的很多人光顧,最好訂位才去。如果像我單人匹馬(真的好少人會像我般在晚市一個人幫襯),又不想訂位的話,最好是在非假日、剛開店的頭十分鐘內前往,才有一線生機。 continue reading

This was not MY first traditional portuguese food experience, I am portuguese.But i did bring with me a few friends and they had their first contact with this cuisine. And they loved it.I booked a table for 5 for 20:30 because it was the only time available (this place is very crowded). And we had the table set by the window. The service is quite nice and friendly, also the staff will do their best to follow up with special requests from their customers.The food was great and remember to order clams as apetizers, they are delicious.The portions are quite big so be ready to eat as much as you can.Just when I was about to ask out for our main courses they all started just slide onto our table. one by one filling all the space in a glorious display of hot and frangrant food. continue reading
