之前同朋友食過一次,佢的炒蜆令人回味無窮!所以今次要再encore!Book左六點半,好快就有位啦!我哋同上次一樣點左以下食物:馬介休:葡國美食必點啦!馬介休新鮮整出嚟非常熱啊,難得非常有魚味但唔會腥!炒蜆:炒蜆主角出場!不過…同我地上次食嘅餐好遠!上次隻隻蜆都非常好肉大大粒!但係今次啲蜆肉薄到喊!得層皮咁!可能蜆唔當造卦?個個食一粒都講一次'真係好薄呀d蜆?!"期間侍應附上熱辣辣豬仔包,我諗係成餐飯最好味嘅食物!麵包非常鬆軟,點炒蜆嘅汁食真係一流!令我點左芝士拼盤送麵包,都不錯!只是很好味另外點了rib eye同烤牛排,我們點了五成熟,但最終好似八成熟上碟⋯兩舊肉都比較乾同冇乜汁,比旺角的豉油西餐牛扒還要差!雖然薯條熱辣辣好味,但都挽救不到對這碟食物的印象!最後上場的烤魷魚,算是不錯!不會太韌,切起來還是有少少汁。總括而言,短期內不會再來!因為實在太失望,可能到夏季再來是一次炒蜆,希望不會太差吧! continue reading

都唔係第一次講,若在氹仔食葡菜的話,「葡國美食天地」絕對是我的首選。上個月去澳門也是以此店為終點站。此店的最大強項是燒烤食品。這次吃了充滿鹹香又有咬口的燒排骨,配埋薯條便成夢幻組合。我也愛吃其馬介休球,細細粒但吃出一絲絲的馬介休。其實這裏的葡式海鮮飯也是一絕,但這餐不想吃兩個主菜,選個製法相近但便宜多的蕃茄飯當主食,再加個沙律,完美!呢間店真的很多人光顧,最好訂位才去。如果像我單人匹馬(真的好少人會像我般在晚市一個人幫襯),又不想訂位的話,最好是在非假日、剛開店的頭十分鐘內前往,才有一線生機。 continue reading

This was not MY first traditional portuguese food experience, I am portuguese.But i did bring with me a few friends and they had their first contact with this cuisine. And they loved it.I booked a table for 5 for 20:30 because it was the only time available (this place is very crowded). And we had the table set by the window. The service is quite nice and friendly, also the staff will do their best to follow up with special requests from their customers.The food was great and remember to order clams as apetizers, they are delicious.The portions are quite big so be ready to eat as much as you can.Just when I was about to ask out for our main courses they all started just slide onto our table. one by one filling all the space in a glorious display of hot and frangrant food. continue reading

假日到澳門HEA遊, 話明HEA遊自然就晏出發了!落船黎到店前已2點半, 未留意到店3點落場就衝左入去, 店員未有阻止, 只在我坐低後提一下廚房是2點45分LAST CALL, 才驚醒原來人家3點要落場, 紅都面哂, 不過坐低左照食啦!又因為晚上有豐富buffet dinner, 於是保守地只點了大部食家都讚好既馬介休球和海鮮飯, 因趕住收工價錢都無咩睇了。呢度係無水提供的, 要自己叫, 於是叫支貴水黎飲(好似係$38), 但又好配d野食, 都值得。先來個豬仔包既餐包 個包無論係點小心食都會食到成枱都係碎, 幾硬下, 配湯食應該好正!再來係馬介休球, 一碟3粒, 就咁睇外表無咩特別, 一咬入面熱到出哂煙! 薯蓉唔會太多, 食到絲絲既馬介休, 好味!而海鮮飯意外地份量大, 紅色大兜令成個感覺更有異國風味。橄欖擺放到好似個樣咁xdd可能個廚就黎收工心情好~哈哈飯入面有大量青口, 蝦, 魷魚等海鮮, 2個人食完飽哂!不過仲可以去峰大飲杯咖啡~睇黎要試多幾個菜要搵多幾個fd黎先得lu~~ continue reading

Macau has a historical Portuguese upbringing, and its influences affected everyone being brought up here. The same can be said about Hong Kong, when the Colonial British state also helped us to establish our own slightly British affected Culture indeed. This revisit to A Petisqueira with a Michelin Guide Mention was a little different from before indeed, the food was less oily and salty than before. Surprisingly the portion of food also increased! Definitely recommend them to be shared amongst a few foodie friends if they have a huge appetite!I have had Better Macau-Portuguese Food over the years in Macau,However the portions here are huge indeed..Bar Area -.Ordering some Portuguese Red Wine -.Bread was Lovely - The Portuguese Extra Virgin Olive Oil were also outstanding....Caldo Verde Soup - With Chourico sausage. The last time I remember having a great one was at Sheraton Poolside BBQ. To me this slightly Catholic recipe throughout the World, just needs some sophistication Layering... Here it was only normal tonight compared to the best in town ~ 6/10. Salted Cod Fish Potato Balls - These were decent rather than great, its made well but somehow missing the Umami from the salted cod for me. ~ 6.9/10.Pork Belly with Clams - Casa Lisboa in Hong Kong so far makes the best version. This one here, was a little too dry without enough pork fat fragrance. Big portion though! ~ 6.9/10.
