The Codfish Croquettes is unique - the codfish is not over-powering and actually need a little more favor to it. The fried rice was okay nothing special. But you have to try the BBQ Beef Ribs - It is not like chinese style using los of tenderizer/baking soda and heavily marinated; it is charcoal bbq - it is tender and with lots of nature favor - I would say it is a must try item. Overall I think it is a great place to come if you want to get a taste of the local cusine.

來到澳門朋友想吃葡國餐, 所以, 我建議去呢度試今日12:45到達媽閣廟,看雜誌介紹說要打電話訂位, 我們沒有訂檯,我們仍然去睇睇!見到門面沒有排隊人,等一陣,有人取消Booking,所以,有位!我地就揀左: 1) 西班牙汁燴蜆 - 味道較淡2) 紅腰豆牛尾 - 鹹鹹地3) 炒飯 - 一般飯送熱的豬仔包期待以久, 食物味道, 但貴左d.** 水, 係一支支樽裝 (要收茶錢)** 如果要去一定要訂位!!

唔知點解,澳門啲脆豬仔包,真係好味D,外脆內軟,揸少少牛油已經非常好味﹗

落order時以為會有D沙律菜拌下碟啦,上枱之後打個突,成碗咸魚…anyway~我地都用左D豬仔包拌住一齊食,咸咸地啲馬介休,再用莞茜、洋蔥、蒜頭調味,再拌入橄欖油,口感頓時豐富起黎,不過就小食多滋味,如果唔拌住麵包一齊食就越食越咸,不過麵包會飽肚,如果係拌D沙律菜一齊食會好好多~

橄欖油香蒜炒蜆

響openrice知道呢到啲蜆十分出色,響西班牙炒蜆同橄欖油香蒜炒蜆之間,我地選擇左後者,因為西班牙炒蜆個汁較濃,同個葡式燴海鮮飯啲味道會有衝突,而且我之前煮過西班牙炒肉腸炒蜆比Cobi爸食(佢當然大讚啦)
,所以我地選擇左後者囉。一上枱已經有陣陣啲蒜香飄過黎,再加上好多芫茜(我覺得太多),食蜆啲同時記住用飽點埋D汁,太鮮味啦,如果就咁入口的話會太太太鮮,鮮到過咸,用黎點麵包,真係一流,蜆肉都非常鮮味,不過大隻番少少會更好,份量又足,而且冇乜點甩肉,超級推介,必食!


葡式燴海鮮飯

打開蓋果陣…嘩! 雖然個賣相麻麻地,好似我地香港人食啲湯飯咁,不過當D海鮮味飄過黎果陣就會原全忘記,剩係個味已經非常吸引,而飯啲上面又放左勁多啲芫茜,我地立即尋寶,睇下飯下面啲材料~有蟹、蝦、帶子、魚柳、青口,材料豐富!其實睇左食評,都知道要等一等至係最好味,等D飯吸哂個汁,不過我同Cobi爸都係為食精,此終都忍唔住食左一啖,果然硬硬地…咁唯有食住蟹先啦,隻蟹好鮮甜,D蝦都OK,不過size就略為細左,等左一陣之後,見到個海鮮湯索得8899就”那那林”食啖先~
嘩!不得了,剛剛食完蜆,依家又食海鮮飯,同時間比2種來至不同鮮味攻擊我啲味蕾,感覺好正,令我冇法不愛!
呢道菜啲主角完全係D飯呀,好精彩,果然名不虛傳!

完全冇將貨就價,未入口已經聞到水果啲甜味同葡萄酒啲香味,但係又唔似雜果賓治咁甜,又冇斎飲紅酒咁濃,入口都幾順喉,對於唔飲酒啲我都還可以接受~


侍應啲服務都OK,有禮貌,不過就笑容欠奉囉…食物方面有驚喜,會再黎啲!

看鄰近的人點的菜較吸引,蜆, 豬手, 炒飯感覺都不錯

之前已聽聞這裡的蜆做得十分不俗, 故此蜆是非叫不可的了。我們選擇了橄欖焗蜆、烤牛仔肉及半榨sangria。侍應很快便奉上熱騰騰的麵包, 塗上牛油, 牛油很快便熔化了, 很香。主菜來了, 看噴噴的香草、橄欖及牛油味, 蜆雖不算很大很大, 但蜆肉亦算鮮美。我最欣賞的是那些香草、莞茜, 令蜆變得更加出色。怪不得這麼多人慕名而來啦! 烤牛仔肉雖然比不上高尚扒房那些絕頂的頂級牛扒, 但的確可以嚐得出牛仔肉是百分百炭烤出來的, 那種炭燒的肉香, 就像著名的澳門手信烤肉乾般陣陣散發出來, 不同的是牛仔肉入口更香更嫩滑, 並少了烤肉乾那份蜜糖的甜味。至於那sangria, 一喝便知道餐廳並沒有將貨就價, 胡亂將汽水混合果汁便當是sangria供客人飲用。這裡的sangria, 未入口前先聞一聞, 便已感覺到橙等水果的甜味以及紅酒的香味, 呷一口慢慢細味, 除了有陣陣果香的清新感覺之餘, 亦包含了紅酒那種獨有的葡萄酒香。雖然都是紅酒, 但你就是不覺得自己是在飲紅酒, 反而有丁點兒像飲雜果賓治或cocktail似的, 但卻又沒有雜果賓治那麼甜, 又沒有cocktail那麼味道複雜。Sangria的而且確是一種不錯的飲料, 怪不得差不多每枱客人都會點來品嘗
。要不是還要"留肚"品嘗澳門的其他美食, 這"船屋"肯定會帶給我更多驚喜美食。

上網看見好評如潮, 加上本人是愛蜆之人當然不能不試!! 在Macau的第一餐便給了船屋一入到去D裝潢幾特別, 地方舒服乾淨, 抵讚招呼一般啦, 無受到咩唔好或者特別好既待遇同友人一共兩位叫左四人份量既食物, 本來想試下西班牙燴蜆但友人吃不了辣最後埋單每人百幾, 豪返餐無所謂啦最緊要好食 會再ENCORE!!!食飽飽去行大三巴, 一整天肚子裝不下別的東西了。

$88 煮蜆, 超級推介, 雖然細隻但勝在勁多!! 仲要98%係隻隻無甩肉!
$78 葡國炒飯, highly recommended!!! 超好食又超大碟! 4個女仔既份量!

早一個星期打電話去book位食lunch,佢話要2:00pm先有位,ok無問題,後來先知完來2:00pm開始d食lunch人漸漸埋單,而且已經無乜人等位.所以如果大家唔介意食個late lunch,其實唔使打long d book位.燒葡國臘腸,咸咸油油的,凈食可能太咸,不過跟埋餐廳奉送的熱辣辣脆豬一齊食,嘩無得頂呀!炭燒牛仔肉,好香炭燒味,不過無咩牛肉味,可能佢仲係牛BB關係吧.但照計牛BB肉應該好嫩滑,唔知點解我切極都切唔開wor,結果要勞煩老公幫手切到一粒粒等我吉住食海鮮燴飯,果然名不虛傳,好多人叫,真係好味,湯汁充滿蝦味,香濃而不過咸,材料豐富,有4隻青口,好多蝦仔,蟹腳仔.不過其實有幾多都唔重要,因為凈係得d湯,食哂成鍋飯都唔係問題呀

吃完竹昇麵之後我地去左新葡京借廁所,點知友人唔止放低幾兩咁簡單,仲一時忍唔住手連輸幾口大大鑊﹗好在一個鐘之後又俾佢追番,鬆一口氣之下個肚又開始餓,就出發去媽閣既船屋食晚飯喇﹗好在有訂位,6:45pm已經全爆,岩岩留左張枱俾我地,坐低二話不說就係叫番jug sangria飲下先﹗Sangria溝得夠酒味,雖沒有法蘭度的濃郁,不過入口順喉亦多生果,不錯﹗工友開始攞佢0係新馬路0的戰利品出來玩,是一對對玉耳環,雖然明知係假野,不過百多蚊可買到心頭好,也相當開心﹗先來一個八爪魚沙律,八爪魚很多,配上大量洋蔥及芫茜,再加上橄欖油而成,八爪魚不知用了什麼來醃,醃到質感變哂,吃落口感像一舊瘦肉似的,完全沒有了那彈牙的質感,醃料是惹味但八爪魚變得怪怪的我就不太鍾意﹗餐包是硬豬包,微暖下相當香脆,加少少牛油十分好吃﹗西班牙煮蜆茄汁味濃,尋晚經林記的老闆教我地食貝殼要與汁同吃,連西班牙汁一啜之下果然醒神,難得是汁能吊出蜆的鮮味,蜆份量不少,值得一試﹗烤牛扒拼薯條,牛扒帶炭香及海鹽香,但奈何不夠厚切,牛味亦不濃,普通﹗最後要左個船屋椒鹽蝦,蝦殼炸得脆脆的,椒鹽亦十分入味,夠哂辣度,吃一隻要飲番半杯sangr

最後要多個木糠布甸,甜野我一向都麻麻地,小試一口口感軟滑,忌簾香濃,甜度適中,工友說她之前吃過的會比較結實,她愛那質感多一點﹗

不是所有食物都合我口味,不過大家難得吃得開心當然給一個笑面啦﹗
