每次到澳門都一定要吃一餐葡菜,朋友介紹這間有名的葡菜餐廳由於冇訂台都已經做定心理準備要等。我们到的時候已經滿座,相當幸運的係近門口位置還有一張枱,諗都冇諗立即坐低本身對葡國菜冇研究,所以都係點些大路的菜式香蒜馬介休沙津, 馬介休對我黎講咸過頭,可能太大塊,似咸魚,沙律裡面有大量洋蔥、蒜、芫荽、用橄欖油、檸檬汁調味,酸酸咸咸都幾開胃葡式薯蓉青菜湯雖然簡單調味但味道非常濃郁,嘗到薯蓉幼滑的質感同薯仔的甜味葡式燴海鮮飯份量好大,我地2個人食極都食唔完。海鮮雖然細隻不過都夠足料,有蟹,青口、蝦。燴飯岩岩上的時候比較濕,慢慢之後飯會吸滿湯汁,飯粒會軟d但每一啖飯都有海鮮甜葡式蒜蓉炒蜆一上桌已經聞到陣陣蒜香,最香係仲有好多芫茜,個汁加上橄欖油真係好香,好吃得用麵包點哂所有的汁。蜆比較細隻,但蜆肉新鮮份量都幾多。對船屋的第一印象不錯。無論環境、食物、地點都好岩旅客,而且價錢都好合理,下次黎澳門可以再黎試下其他菜式。

我们到的时候,里面已经满座了。 还好有剩一两个空桌子,比我们还迟的客人需要排队等位子,再迟点要等到 8 .30-9.00才有位子。 我们点了 葡萄牙炒饭,炒蚬,还有非洲鸡。炒蚬 : 味道还不错,只是酱汁有点咸葡萄牙炒饭 : 酸酸的味道配一些灯笼椒还有虾子让炒饭吃的很开胃。非洲鸡 : 有点辣, 鸡肉本身有点咸。味道还好。以上点的食物我想是5-6 人份的。但是由于我们太饿了,竟然把全部食物扫精光。温馨提示 : 建议先打电话去定位子。不然迟了就可能没有位子 要排队等咯。

個人認為一杯Sangria除了酒的質感外,重點之一是水果夠不夠新鮮。這裡的水果新鮮爽口,且粒粒也切成小塊,喝酒時更易隨酒入口,而選取的紅酒雖葡萄味不太重,但喝起來不太苦澀及沒有渣,相比起當地其他葡國餐的Sangria,做得比較出色。

整體食物一如以往仍保持水準,而每份食物也是大大份,建議大概4~5人來吃,多點幾款相對地會較好。值得一提的是,離開後可到對面的海旁散散步,雖然夜景不及南灣湖般漂亮,但勝在夠靜謐,靜靜地坐下看看海其實還蠻讚!

It has been awhile since I last visited Macau. It was mainly due to the large number of people visiting this small island. Since I knew there will be an International Firework Competition held during September annually, I decided to visit this place again with my girlfriend. The purpose was not only shooting photos of fireworks, but also food hunting. Macau has always been known for their delicious food.
To convenience us to take photos in the evening, we arranged our dinner to be somewhere near the photo taking scene. As this restaurant was quite famous for their Portuguese food and always fully packed, we asked for a favour from our Macau friend to make a reservation for us. Their dinner serving time were at 630pm & 830pm. Since fireworks started at 9pm, we booked our table at 630pm. When we arrived at 615pm, there were already a number of patrons queuing outside, waiting the door to be opened at 630pm. Once it reached 630pm, the place was filled up very quickly. From the look of it, the only way to visit them will be by reservation.

Spanish style clams were done excellently. It was cleaned thoroughly as I could not feel any sand in it. Clams were very fresh and chewy as well. Sauce was another plus point too, as there is bit of spiciness in it.

We ordered Portuguese seafood rice as well. It comes with ½ pieces of crab, few pieces of mussels & several shrimps. Portion was generous as well. Soft texture is of soft type, but after absorbing those sauces in it, every bits of rice was very flavourful.

We order sangria and lemon squash for our drinks. Sangria has very strong wine taste, for people who likes to drink wine; it will be a decent choice. Lemon squash was very refreshing as it was very sour and easy to the stomach.

星期六下晝三點book位夜晚食飯,最早都要9:15pm先有枱,真係好誇張!Anyway都要食架。門口都唔係幾好認,記住門口有位實Q就搵啱喇。內部裝修都幾ok,有啲舊式西餐廳感覺。Sangria生果酒,有紅酒、白酒兩款揀,加左生果,啲酒無咁烈又帶少少甜味更易口,啱晒我地呢啲酒量唔好但想淺嚐酒精嘅人。蒜香炒蜆係必點嘅,蒜蓉加芫茜勁香,蜆肉肥大,味道好好。成完啲蜆,直頭要用麵包點埋啲汁嚟食,甚至飲埋個汁。葡國雞,好多雞同薯仔,雞嘅肉質好滑,煮得啱啱好,薯仔都夠淋,係個汁差左啲,味道比較淡,無椰汁味,同係香港茶記食到嘅葡汁差唔多。仲有炒雜菜,都係普通炒雜菜,無咩特別。總結,呢餐一般般(葡國雞扣左好多分),雖然侍應好友善,主動幫客人影相,但當日有人搞聚會又多小朋友又唱生日歌3次,餐廳唔大,坐正係後面,嘈到飛起(嚴重扣分)。

總結,呢餐一般般(葡國雞扣左好多分),雖然侍應好友善,主動幫客人影相,但當日有人搞聚會又多小朋友又唱生日歌3次,餐廳唔大,坐正係後面,嘈到飛起(嚴重扣分)。

Other Info. : 媽閣長城燒烤亦是朋友力推的熱店,原條燒風鱔是必試的美食。不過在取捨之間,我們選擇了船屋葡國餐廳,惟有下一次再試。

其實這餐廳很少二人枱,眼看多數大枱,多人吃可以多吃不同菜式..看到別人多點海鮮...或者比較出色吧...

船屋其中一個推介既係葡式燴海鮮飯,裡面有超多海鮮:青口、蟹、蝦仔。你睇到個飯好似好淋patpat咁但係其實係柔硬適中,成煲飯比個汁包住,超級好味道,海鮮嘅鮮味參灑入飯!!依煲飯的份量好大,配對適量嘅海鮮,唔知點解食極都食唔完!個飯雖然食極都食唔完但係你唔會覺得滯,我而家見到相都流口水!

蒜容炒蜆,依一味係澳門成日都會見到嘅,船屋用一個大窩上(又嚟咁大煲?)個=蜆超級鮮甜,窩裡面我搵唔到一粒係冇開嘅,雖然用咗唔小橄欖油,但係一啲都唔油腻,我地用麵包喪吸啲湯汁,到最後索性用匙將啲湯飲埋。依一味又係食極都食唔完,我地要check check個煲係唔係有煲底。比起其他澳門嘅葡國餐,份量差好多。留意我地之後嘅post就會知道!(叫額外麵包冇加錢)

我嘅男朋係唔係太好海鮮,喺我同朋友狂拆海鮮嘅時候,當然要照顧他嘅感受啦,佢自己order咗蘑菇忌廉汁牛扒配炸薯條,侍應問咗牛扒要幾成熟,佢要咗7成熟,但係變咗4﹣5成,成隻碟變咗個血案。其實碟扒係幾好味!蘑菇忌廉汁係好濃!牛扒係好淋又有肉味!薯條炸得好香脆!!如果唔係廚房趕收工,應該會煮得再好啲!

船屋嘅份量係好大,食極都食唔完!!最後打包,比我地朋友食。總體嚟講,船屋係好食之餘,又平嘅選擇,服務又唔錯。會係反轉頭嘅選擇。

因為份量太多,估吾到兩個人叫兩樣主菜都食剩一半,所以打包做消夜。
夜晚返到去,叮返黎食,啲汁收乾,仲係甘好食。個豬手入味左,真係好食好多!!!下次都會再食!

上星期訂位,原本太座喜歡海灣餐廳,我説不如試下船屋,環境普通,想叫燒豬,但需二天前預訂,所以先叫炒蜆、燒大蝦,及羊架,邊食邊叫,先嚟麵包、微溫,大打折扣,5分鐘後蜆到,入口有沙,唔熱,太座已唔開心,卽通知菲藉侍應取消,他連聲sorry., 後羊架及蝦一齊到,羊架太咸,蝦普通。原來打算兩公婆舒舒服服食餐,,點知咁差。半個鐘走人。打算過隔離海灣再食過,但太座話不如去食糖water.。唔知點觧食平咁高。係無要求定唔識食。so sad!無下次,請都唔去,同海灣差得遠。
