見到出名黑椒燒鵝飯,所以專登去食去到坐低,衛生環境情況非常之差,檯面油臨臨,大約10分鐘左右,上左個燒鵝飯啦一夾第一舊,成舊肥膏,第二三舊肉同肥膏個比例差距太遠,有d仲要係,燒鵝皮下就直接係肥膏,完全沒有肉於是就問職員啦,職員就話燒鵝係咁㗎啦,態度本來都唔好架啦,問多兩句,語氣茶到爆,75蚊完全唔值得,仲要係來受氣 continue reading

澳門往往是吃傳統粵菜的好地方,燒臘肯定時粵菜的代表之一,這間“陳光記”久仰大名,但從來沒有機會吃過,今天我與港媽來這裏跟它拼了。由於我們只兩個人,並沒有點比較肥膩的燒鵝,反而點了半隻燒鴨,這燒鴨很特別,香港也很少這樣做,是用黑椒汁的,黑椒汁帶甜,有很強的蒜味,味道很適合我這種港佬口味,它最特色的,就是碟底盛滿“鴨隴汁”,“撈飯”一流!我們還點了一碟鹵味飯,有鴨腎、鴨下巴、 豬肚,侍應說,哪天沒鴨肝,我本來已準備犧牲我的膽固醇指數,可惜! continue reading

其實去過澳門無限咁多次,都冇特別想幫襯!不過今次大佬話要食,酒店又同佢近到一個點!所以喺星期日嘅下午1點幾走入去醫五臟廟!店內9成滿!需要搭枱!我就叫咗黑椒燒鴨珍肝瀨(不過嚟咗黑椒燒鴨腎瀨😳,雖然嚟錯,如果你去過就知你唔會想同佢糾纏同換,因為個個落單都係碼頭咕喱!態度可想而知),燒鴨皮都算脆,肉係香滑,鴨肉味道唔會太濃,一舊厚肉都係冇渣而嫩滑,黑椒汁就擺明係淋喺面!黑椒味就一般。腎就意外好食,淋脆適中,有腎味!瀨粉目測同食感都係似香港食開嘅米線但係煙靭啲啲,湯頭比較甜。大佬就叫咗黑椒燒鴨燒肉飯,燒鴨都係一樣啦!燒肉皮脆但不鬆,肉味恰到好處同唔嚡,黑椒汁撈飯就一流! continue reading

澳門人都推介既黑椒燒鵝。 香港既燒味飯食得多,澳門既反而未試過,所以一定要會一會佢。黑椒燒鵝既係陳光記既招牌必點菜式。但今日我地食既係..........黑椒燒鴨因為價錢都有好多既分別,而且我地對鵝亦無追求,所以平平地試左個黑椒燒鴨飯同黑椒燒鴨瀨粉。黑椒燒鴨飯本身唔係好鍾意食好多汁既野,心LUM唔記得左叫阿姐少D汁︿飯黎到發現汁有好香既黑椒味, 而且一D都唔咸,真係好好送飯。而黑椒既味道亦都好適中,食到停唔到口。鴨一D 唔"梅"。 份量我覺得男仔都會夠飽。而且呢個價錢真係性價比好高。黑椒燒鴨瀨黑椒鴨唔再講喇,反而想講下果D瀨粉,同香港食開果D一D 都唔同,佢係好似粗身版既米線咁,但爽口彈牙既。都好好味###其實鴨同鵝對我黎講分別不大,但價錢真係爭好遠,如果對燒味飯有要既可以試下鵝既,但如果想試下黑椒既味道,食鴨就可以### continue reading

雖然燒鵝香港都有,但喺見澳門d旅遊推介有介紹呢間「陳光記飯店」嘅燒鵝,所以今次就嚟試試。燒鵝例牌 $115原本叫咗碗燒鵝脾賴粉($115),後尾見到燒鵝例牌都喺$115一樣價錢,所以就轉咗碟例牌。呢道嘅燒鵝喺黑椒燒鵝,所以食落好醒神醒胃,會不自然地一舊接一舊咁食。不過由於黑椒味濃,所以本身嘅燒鵝嘅燒烤味就唔出,同埋燒鵝味都唔出。好唔好食就見人見智,可能本身怕羶味嘅會覺得好好食。我個人就比較鍾意食唔落汁水嘅燒鵝,咁就又食到鵝皮嘅燒烤味,同埋保留返燒鵝皮嘅脆口,同時又食到鵝味。淨雲吞 $35呢碗雲吞比較失望🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️好似食緊快熟雪藏點心咁。d皮散開晒,露晒餡,又無鮮甜味。湯底又咸🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️好失敗。 continue reading
