3個女子ORDER了一盆細的,原本是要訂位才可以食,但我們很早去食,老闆好好人立刻為我們準備。裡面有:蟹、蝦、蜆(超多)、雞、鮑魚、薯仔、菜,這麼多的材料,細的我們都食唔晒。材料新鮮;絕對抵食。湯底已有海鮮及雞的精華,真係令人回味。如果想食海鮮,這裡是最佳選擇,不過記緊要訂位。我下次有機會都會再光顧的。 continue reading

我係一個個個月都會過澳門 "搵食" 嘅香港人, 主攻中下價食品,即每位 $800 以下果種! 由街頭美食丶地道小吃丶百年老店丶米芝蓮食店,食過不下100間, 呢間係我食過抵食夾大件嘅其中一間!記得第一次嚟食嘅時候,兩個人叫在一個細雞鍋, 食咗一半已經見到旁邊三個男人都係食一個細鍋先知道原來嗰鍋真係好大個。。。 講咗咁耐,一個細雞鍋有乜呢? 一隻雞丶兩隻蟹丶四隻鮑魚丶十幾隻蝦丶十幾隻蜆丶 好多薯仔丶好多娃娃菜, 記得第一次嚟食叫咗啤酒,今次第二次食,我唔會再上當: 因為一定要飲佢個湯底,真係好甜,而且係越煲越甜!食呢個鍋係有技巧,首先要食咗啲鮑魚,因為煲得耐會 "un", 跟住就可以食其他嘢,我會由雞開始食先, 因為海鮮煲得越耐越甜,但雞煲耐咗一樣會 "un"...今次我哋四個人都只係叫一個細鍋, 因為想試下其他小菜,涼拌三寶唔錯,木耳非常爽口, 白灼八爪魚係第一次食,無諗過係日式鋪頭嘅芝麻八爪魚嗰隻八爪魚, 就咁食又得點,點wasabi 豉油食又得,yes 得咗!提提大家記得帶濕紙巾, 因為嗰度冇地方洗手, 用手食完海鮮會好麻煩!最後再提提大家,切勿眼闊肚窄,咪做大嘥鬼!P.S.椒鹽九肚魚張相好吸引,下次我一定會留肚食! continue reading

父親節前夕,一家四口去澳門玩兩日。臨出發前當然要資料搜集下有咩好食啦!無意中見到有本雜誌介紹表嫂美食,見佢又唔貴,咪去試下囉!佢個位置係平民住宅區都好難搵,我地都係坐的士去。最好去前打電話去訂枱,因為地方真係好細,萬一去到先冇位就白行,另外如果有特別要求加料或者有野唔食可以先同佢地講,都好彈性。我地叫左個細窩,佢話2~3人食,點知個窩都幾大。蘿白,洋蔥舖滿墊底,上面條大頭魚好大條放滿成個窩,條魚好好食,煲左好耐都唔鞋,d骨好大條,怕啃骨嘅細佬都食左好多,我鐘意食魚,成個魚頭俾我一個人食晒咁滯。旁邊仲有好多蜆,蜆都好新鮮,冇沙。仲有蝦、八爪魚、扇貝、青口各4隻,冇咩特別囉,仲有一隻細嘅膏蟹,好多膏。我地仲叫左一個砂煱卜卜蝦子粥(其實係有蝦同蜆,掛住食唔記得影相)2支啤酒,1盒檸檬茶,埋單$390,每人$100都唔駛,4個大人都食剩少少(我儘左力唔想做大嘥鬼),係好抵食。總括,d材料都好新鮮,份量好多,服務都很好,只係地方真係細左d。其實本來唔諗住寫食評,不過,竟然咁抵食嘅小店都冇人寫過食評,唯有撐下場啦,下次再去澳門一定會再去! continue reading
