來黑沙沙灘,人人都趕住去法蘭度,我就會先到沙灘旁的肥佬吃雞翼。即叫即燒,炎炎夏日三十幾度,真係睇住阿肥佬燒野食汗流浹背,都掟佢辛苦。點了燒雞翼、魷魚鬚、菇及乾魷魚,食物醃得入味,炭香微焦,好吃﹗叫支Corona,睇下海又一餐,來黑沙的一大行程呢﹗ continue reading

小弟對澳門都唔係好熟, 好多時都其實係睇天書做人, 話說有一次因為要去幫手影EVENT, 橫定都要去就早一日去玩, 今次就留澳門最南方開始玩起.去到黑沙海灘, 第一個感覺, 除左天氣太好太曬之外, 就係好香........香......真係好香. 可以傳出咁香既香味, 通常都係因為有人BBQ架啦~ 未食飯既我向住方向行去 , 就見到有一排沙灘店 (香港沒這類店舖, 失色很多呢) . 其中一店特別多"香"煙傳出來, 佢就係肥佬馳名燒烤 .....店舖真的很細, 要在這麼小的地方BBQ真的辛苦死了, 再加上天氣這麼熱這麼好天, 不斷在燒烤都咪話唔辛苦. 很難怪佢會係店內添置了大型吹風機. 除左可以為自己解熱 , 令空氣對流好一點之外, 還有把香味四散來吸引更多人客我唔係食好多野, 因為本身唔係好肚餓, 不過比香味吸引來罷了. 來了個栗米, 以前係香港食過一D專為客人燒烤既店, 唔知係我唔識貨去錯地方定點, 好多時D粟米都燒到乾爭爭沒肉用口感又差, 不過肥佬出品既就很豐滿 , 燒熟之外仲肥美多汁, 很難怪連天書都介紹要去食本來真係只係想食粟米就好, 之後引唔住就想叫多樣野來食, 由於我要一路影相, 所以盡可能都唔想搞到成手油, 所以無食雞翼等好味但麻煩既野, 反而我就食左個燒尖椒最初係度想, 到底佢會點比我地食呢? 一條就咁咬都咪話唔"豪放" . 原來佢地燒完之後會比個盤你裝住, 幫你剪到一段段. 食起來很方便, 幾細心.尖椒燒得好脆口, 你一口咬下去時, 尖椒的香味加上淋在上的醬油, 香口得很, 正在你食得興起時, 舌尖就會慢慢傳出強烈既尖椒辣, 真的很痛快, 如果你愛好食辣既一定喜歡我沒有再叫其他野食, 不過睇個牌佢地既售價一D都唔貴, 店舖背後又有個黑沙海灘係度, 如果你叫一D BBQ之後一邊望海一邊吃, 真的一樂也哦! continue reading
