位置極偏僻, 山坡上隱沒於樹蔭下的鐵皮木屋茶檔! 乘坐的士上山去, 回程走路下山搭巴士 (根本無選擇), 沿路不少廢棄造船廠, 風光明媚, 影相打卡熱點比比皆是, 懷舊簡撲的慢活節奏! 連店內員工都係慢慢的, 坐低10分鐘都無人落單, 趕時間千祈唔好嚟! 我倆專登到來試手打咖啡! 用柴木燒水煮咖啡, 咖啡底只係用上普通雀巢咖啡, 老闆沒有用咖啡機打奶泡,而是將即溶咖啡加上水和砂糖,徒手打400次自製綿密奶泡, 好幼滑。咖啡味道唔算濃郁,不過飲落好順口! 奶泡有點點酸味, 千祈唔好攪勻, 就咁飲用會飲到唔同層次!咖啡甜度固定, 甜度於我剛好! 註: 我欣賞奶泡多過咖啡  continue reading
