唔知幾年前同大佬撞到呢間牛雜,食咗返到香港念念不忘!當時只賣牛雜!牛雜香濃好味!食完齒頰留香。今次我哋專登再去想食番當時嘅味道!一去到已經見到一大堆非牛雜嘅串串😳反而望唔到牛雜!我以為已經執咗!大佬就直接話要牛雜,叫咗份$30!檔主問我哋要唔要辣,同大佬異口同聲話要.....就瀨嘢!牛雜份量都幾大碗,成碗都係牛肚😐咁泄,牛肺兩大舊、蘿蔔三大舊....!一食落去!一大pat 啲辣嘅沙嗲醬(宜家澳門流行咁食),已經好失望!完全唔係當時食嘅味道。 continue reading

難得嚟到三盞燈,除咗食魚湯粉之外,都唔知有咩好食。見到有一檔賣牛雜同小食嘅小食檔,見到有人排緊隊買緊,而我經過嘅時候聞到覺得都幾香,於是決定試下。冇價錢牌,諗住只試少少,所以揀咗買碗細牛雜。$30一碗細牛雜但勁大碗好滿好抵食。個汁味道好似咖喱汁但又唔似香港嗰啲咖喱汁咁鹹,加埋蒜蓉好惹味。而個牛雜唔會好似香港咁要加咁多甜醬辣醬芥末醬來調味,個咖喱汁已經好出色。唯一美中不足之處係街邊冇乜位置可以企定定食嘢,要去到三盞燈中間嘅休憩處搵位坐。 continue reading

十二月上旬‧寒冷晚上,想去掃街。先吃了豬腦撈米粉,再走出來,見這邊幾有「人氣」,就來看看。見各式的食物紛陳,令人很開心。這裡要一些,那裡要一串,就是滿滿的一兜。就站在路邊吃,魚皮爽,生腸就沒有味,牛雜也一般,主要是鹵水的味道不夠。最好吃的是雞心,一吃就知是新鮮的,爽脆美味,不可不試。掃街,令人感覺實在。 continue reading
