是百多年歷史的老字號餅店,當日去時都有很多人排隊牆上貼了價目表,直接和店員說需要什麼便可~很快就執齊!首先會推薦大家買的是用炭燒的 - 蛋黃杏仁餅 (MOP 102/盒)一盒是三袋裝,所以想要盒子就要買夠三袋喔~這樣帶回家也較為方便不喜歡蛋黃也還有肉心、杏粒和素心,價錢相對會便宜些。但個人較喜歡吃那蛋黃的鹹香有杏粒那種杏仁餅則選了迷你款的 (MOP 36) 一啖一粒剛剛好喔而且確實能吃到杏仁粒~增加了的口感再加上炭燒香,好吃且味道十分濃郁!剛好看到這家有在賣 鳳凰卷 (MOP 38) - 椰絲如果可以再多一點就好!另外還幫朋友買了一盒 - 紫菜肉鬆蛋卷 (MOP 42) continue reading

官也街是遊客必到的手信點,我喜歡到這些小店買手信,老字號必有原因。 長長的人龍排隊,可見是多麼的受歡迎。我們等了大概5分鐘,老闆都好快手好有效率,問完客人要甚麼,好有效率就取好,然後入袋!我們點了肉切酥(好香南乳味,好脆口,一盒有3條獨立包裝,好方便又唔怕走氣)紫菜肉鬆蛋卷:好多滿滿肉鬆,好香好有口感,脆脆蛋味香的蛋卷,配上紫菜,是最好食的!金錢餅:最愛的金錢餅,之前在潘榮記買,可惜無了,見這裡有,就點了回家食!合桃酥:男朋友要了這個,一排的,細細個剛剛好,鬆化香脆,好正! continue reading

主打之一的金桃酥,加價加到45元,包裝縮一半,迫入小盒,扁哂散哂。缩皮縮骨,大忌!二十年老顧客,只見晃記兩蚊四蚊断加價,品質還算尚可保持,包裝縮皮,縮一半,十個金桃酥無膠袋包裝,只有小膠纸放底,迫在一起,扁哂散哂,大掃雅興。客人老遠坐車坐船,排長龍,比貴價,只換來這盒不規則餅食,問店主是否財迷心竅,不顧客户,產品質量。怎可期盼長做長有?其他餅食除肉切酥外,一般。期望穩定價格,回復舊包裝,以客為本,成為真正澳門手信! continue reading
