每次去澳門,必定會去氹仔晃記買伴手禮。最喜愛吃的是「香蕉糕」和「南乳牛耳」。一般買回來的香蕉糕都是死實的,香蕉味是食用精油味,味道很假,唯獨這兒的香蕉糕非常柔軟,味道也是天然的。這兒的南乳牛耳的南乳味也是最濃厚,香脆可口。很可惜,今天這兩款美食也售罄了,老闆娘說他們出名的「肉切酥」跟「南乳牛耳」差不多,所以我們唯有退而求其次,買了「肉切酥」和「蝦春卷」。「肉切酥」果然是由南乳和豬肉組合而成,可惜南乳味仍不夠牛耳這麼入味,個人來說也不太喜歡它的厚度,吃起來沒有牛耳的香脆感。估不到「蝦春卷」卻帶來驚喜,餡料微辣,外皮香脆,吃起來十分醒胃。希望下次有機會買到「香蕉糕」和「南乳牛耳」啦! continue reading

晃記相信大家不陌生,是傳統餅店,也是米芝蓮街頭小吃。以前十次有十次經過都大排長龍,清一色是買手信的隊伍。比起一般裝修精美餅店或手信店,我更喜歡晃記的磁磚、門口的拉閘和擺放好一包包餅的透明櫃,有一種傳統老店味道,好多不同種類的傳統餅食選擇,是來澳買手信好選擇之一,收藏起來先😎!.肉切酥 ($26)今次買了店舖最出名之一—肉切酥,是傳統的透明袋包裝,一打開不小心就會整包吃光😆,口感香脆,偏硬實的風格,豬肥肉香口帶點甜味,連續吃了幾塊也不膩,但喜好程度視乎個人口味! continue reading

是百多年歷史的老字號餅店,當日去時都有很多人排隊牆上貼了價目表,直接和店員說需要什麼便可~很快就執齊!首先會推薦大家買的是用炭燒的 - 蛋黃杏仁餅 (MOP 102/盒)一盒是三袋裝,所以想要盒子就要買夠三袋喔~這樣帶回家也較為方便不喜歡蛋黃也還有肉心、杏粒和素心,價錢相對會便宜些。但個人較喜歡吃那蛋黃的鹹香有杏粒那種杏仁餅則選了迷你款的 (MOP 36) 一啖一粒剛剛好喔而且確實能吃到杏仁粒~增加了的口感再加上炭燒香,好吃且味道十分濃郁!剛好看到這家有在賣 鳳凰卷 (MOP 38) - 椰絲如果可以再多一點就好!另外還幫朋友買了一盒 - 紫菜肉鬆蛋卷 (MOP 42) continue reading

官也街是遊客必到的手信點,我喜歡到這些小店買手信,老字號必有原因。 長長的人龍排隊,可見是多麼的受歡迎。我們等了大概5分鐘,老闆都好快手好有效率,問完客人要甚麼,好有效率就取好,然後入袋!我們點了肉切酥(好香南乳味,好脆口,一盒有3條獨立包裝,好方便又唔怕走氣)紫菜肉鬆蛋卷:好多滿滿肉鬆,好香好有口感,脆脆蛋味香的蛋卷,配上紫菜,是最好食的!金錢餅:最愛的金錢餅,之前在潘榮記買,可惜無了,見這裡有,就點了回家食!合桃酥:男朋友要了這個,一排的,細細個剛剛好,鬆化香脆,好正! continue reading
