喺香港周圍都有得食西餐,係葡萄牙菜比較少見,如果真係要食,趁過大海時順便食埋啦:)嚟到氹仔有間裝修優雅又有葡國風味嘅餐廳,入到嚟侍應好好招呼點菜之前已經遞咗啲餐前麵包畀我地,暖暖地脆脆地咁,搽啲自製香草牛油食味道有獨特香氣,仲有橄欖可以送包西班牙冷盤就食過,葡國嘅芝士同火腿肉又點呢?芝士質感比較Q彈,羊奶芝士就酸香開胃,火腿肉冇西班牙咁鹹,比較滑身順口比較少食到咁鮮味嘅蘑菇blend湯,呢碗blend到保持質感,蘑香十足酥皮完全保持到溫度,仲要唔會好油臆鋸扒就食得多,串扒就比較趣致,連埋青椒串起,打完卡侍應會擺返盤方便我地享用牛扒勁香勁嫩,仲有蕃薯條同沙律,連燒青椒都好香:)嚟到main course,食葡菜當然要食馬介休,但唔一定要係球嘅,炙烤更有魚香,更感受到本身嘅嫩肉,油香鮮香帶挈埋薯仔同菜蔬都香口一碟扁意粉都可以整到相當足料,啲海鮮多到冚住晒啲意粉,要撩好幾吓先拮到意粉,啖啖蒜香味濃,尤其是蜆真係好多,勁滿足焦糖布丁可以好有儀式感,布甸上鋪滿糖份,侍應會從旁炙燒,睇住火光蓬蓬,表面越嚟越焦香,非常療癒,外脆內綿極具奶香西班牙Sangria係紅酒為主,葡式sangria竟然係以白酒做base,加入青紅蘋果同檸檬,比橙肉更加容易控制甜度唔飲得酒嘅都可以嗌杯cooler,青蘋果味原來好解渴,亦唔會超甜,將沉澱嘅味道攪拌,換嚟生津快感…Read More
