已經是第二次來, 外出天氣不穏定, 好像要打八號風球, 所以客人不多, 我們一行六人order 了炸雲吞, 牛尾通,咖哩角及淨豬手作為下午茶, 由於到來前已吃了不少東西, 今天沒有叫紅豆冰, 炸雲吞 - 即叫即做, 新鮮脆口, 有點過油,但用料足 不過美食當前, 忘了吧牛尾通 - 所有吃牛的同事都讚口不絶, 湯底絶不是罐頭湯, 濃淡適中, 咖哩角 - 不錯的小食, 皮不是一般的春卷皮, 有點像方包, 中心是咖哩TUNA魚醬,香味十足淨豬手 - 比香港很多地方好上十倍, 豬手炆得時間剛好, 不會過軟或過硬,那個汁如果用來送飯,其他餸也不用吃了…Read More
