How To Redeem
Please manage and redeem your purchased vouchers via OpenRice Mobile Web or App.
- Under "My OpenRice > My Voucher"
- Select the voucher you want to redeem
- Show the voucher to restaurant staff and press "Redeem Now" for QR code scanning or PIN code entering

Terms and Conditions
- This Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- This Voucher cannot be resold or transferred to others.
- This Voucher can only be redeemed once pursuant to the applicable terms during the period of validity as stated on the Voucher.
- The redemption of the Voucher is a business transaction between you and the applicable restaurant which is solely responsible for providing you with products and/or services as stated on the Voucher.
- Openrice is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use or redemption of the Voucher.
- Each offer can only be used once.
- Redemption period 1 : Valid for 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. , 18 September to 17 November, from Monday to Saturday, leave before 7:45 p.m.
- Redemption period 2 : Valid for 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. , 18 November to 17 December, from Monday to Saturday, leave before 7:15 p.m.
- Voucher is not allow to used on the day of private party. Please check with the staff when reservations.
- At least 1 day prior reservation.
- Subject to 10% service charge based on voucher price, pay to restaurant by cash upon redemption.
- Selected offer and redeem location cannot be changed after purchase.
- The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts and promotion.
- More than one vouchers can be used per table.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of merchant shall be final.
