- Under "My OpenRice > My Voucher"
- Select the voucher you want to redeem
- Show the voucher to restaurant staff and press "Redeem Now" for QR code scanning or PIN code entering

Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. - Customer must first update OpenRice mobile application to the latest version (5.16.0) or above before checkout in order to use OpenRice Pay and enjoy its offers.
- OpenRice Pay Cash Voucher is not applicable for tips payment.
- For transaction exceeding the voucher amount, the price difference shall be fully settled by OpenRice Pay. No change shall be provided for transaction less than the voucher amount.
- Customer must complete the payment transaction within the redemption time (if applicable) specified on the Cash Voucher, otherwise it might not be able to apply for the bill.
- This Cash Voucher cannot be changed, refunded or redeemed for cash after purchase.
- This Cash Voucher cannot be resold or transferred to others.
- This Cash Voucher can only be redeemed once during the valid period.
- This Cash Voucher is a business transaction between the User and the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for the provision of the products and services as stated on the Cash Voucher and bears the relevant obligations, OpenRice shall incur no liability in connection therewith.
