The restaurant is specialized in traditional Mongolian lamb hot pot. They only select 6-month-old young sheep which are raised on natural pastures to ensure the tender and juicy texture of the lamb. The broth is consisted of more than 36 toppings like chicken, beef bone, babury wolfberry, Jujube, etc. which is freshly made daily. You do not need to apply sauce to experience the original natural taste of Mongolian lamb! For toppings, Japanese wagyu and handmade meat balls are must try items.
