Starting from 2 April 2025, the Flavours of Southeast Asia Dinner Buffet showcases an exquisite range of delectable dishes, from appetisers and soups to hot dishes and desserts, each with its own distinct flavour.
Highlights include Wok Fried Chilli Crab, Banana Leaf Baked Sambal Stingray, Singapore Black Pepper Shrimp, Hainanese Style Local Kamei Chicken Rice, Singapore Style Bak Kut Teh, Coconut Sticky Rice with Pandan Custard and more are sure to delight your taste buds.
Beside the Freshly Shucked Oysters, an assortment of top-quality seafood on ice, such as Canadian Boston Lobsters, Brown Crabs, Snow Crab Legs are also available.
Free-flowing selected red and white wines, beer, orange juice, and soft drinks are also available free of charge.
