Dinner Buffet promotion in October to November 2025:
Available from 2 to 12 Oct 2025 & 1 to 30 Nov 2025, Congress Plus presents Feast by the Sea Dinner Buffet. Sink your teeth into a premium selection of chilled seafood like freshly-shucked Oysters, Snow Crab Legs, Canadian Boston Lobsters, Poached Mussels, Sea Whelk, Brown Crab and Poached Prawns as well as other Chef’s specialties like the Slow Roaster Beef Short RIB with Sichuan Peppercorn and Chu Hou Paste, Teppanyaki Ocean King Prawn and Roast Lamb Rack with Herb and Mustard.
The Mid-Autumn Festival special foods will be launched from 4 to 7 October 2025 to enhance the festive atmosphere. Free-flowing orange juice and soft drinks are also available free of charge.
Halloween Dinner Buffet
Available from 15 to 31 October 2025, Halloween seafood dinner buffet features chilled seafood favourites like freshly-shucked Oysters, Canadian Boston Lobster, Snow Crab Legs etc. Guests can enjoy culinary offerings specially designed for this promotion such as a Slow Roasted Garlic and Thyme U.S Prime of Beef and Fondue Bar made with ruby chocolate, adding a touch of eerie elegance.
