Dinner buffet highlights delicacies include Freshly Shucked Oyster, Snow Crab Leg, Berries and Crab Rainbow Salad, Abalone and Seafood Congee with Crab Roe, Double-boiled Chicken Broth with Fish Maw, Conch and Morel Mushroom, Stir-fried Prawn in Five Spice Salt, Slow-roasted U.S. Prime Sirloin, Roasted Honey-glazed Bone Ham, Pan-fried Duck Liver on Seared Watermelon, Braised Fish Maw and Sliced Conch with Abalone Sauce, Sea Cucumber stuffed with Prawn Mousse with Premium Oyster Sauce. Braised Eel with Garlic and Port Wine Sauce. Drunken Green Jade in Spicy Broth and Mövenpick Ice-cream. A Baked Seafood Boil Bag for dinner diner per table.
