Once the registration information is confirmed, no changes can be made.
For example:
If customers reserve the mooncakes on 21 September 2025, they can take the mooncakes in designated branches of Hung Fook Tong on 25 September 2025.
If customers reserve the mooncakes on 25 September 2025, they can take the mooncakes in designated branches of Hung Fook Tong on 28 September 2025.
Redemption method 2
If there is no reservation, and the Mid-Autumn Mooncakes cannot be redeemed within the above time, they can be redeemed during the period from 02 October 2025 (the 11th day of the eighth month of the lunar month) to 04 October 2024 (the 13th day of the eighth month of the lunar calendar). Visit the following 4 designated branches of Hung Fook Tong to redeem 1 box of SunnyHills Pineapple Custard Mooncake.
