With the technique to freeze the fresh, just-ripened Black Thorn durian pulp in liquid nitrogen (odourless, tasteless, non-toxic), the mooncake filling is velvety as if devouring ice cream, featuring the intense fruity aroma of Black Thorn with a wine-like aftertaste.
Edible Method: Thaw the product inside the refrigerator within 5°C-10°C for arround 30 mins before consuming.
