• The validity period for the physical dining cash voucher is from June 2, 2025, to October 15, 2025 (except public holiday). After redeeming the physical dining cash voucher, it can be used at the Coucou Hotpot‧Tea Break (Monterey Place)
Terms & Condition
* Before participating in the event, all participants must read and comply with the following terms and conditions. Your participation will indicate that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions.
* Participants must be OpenRice members and hold a valid registered mobile number in their OpenRice mobile app account. Each email address and phone number can only register as an OpenRice member once.
* The promotional period is from June 2, 2025, to October 14, 2025.
* The redemption period is from June 2, 2025, to October 14, 2025.
* This dining voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other products after purchase.
* This dining voucher cannot be resold or given to others for use after purchase.
* This dining voucher is valid for one-time use only during the validity period; it will be void after expiration.
* A service charge will be added for dine-in.
* Any amount exceeding the voucher value must be paid by the customer; no change will be given for amounts less than the voucher value.
* The cash voucher is only valid on regular price menu. Not applicable for set meals, alcohol, special prices, or promotional products.
* The cash voucher is not applicable for delivery or takeout services in other applications.
* The cash voucher can only be used once, will be void after expiration, and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded or extended.
* The physical cash voucher is only valid for use at Coucou Hotpot‧Tea Break (Monterey Place) from Monday to Sunday (except Public holiday).
*The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotion.
* Please declare the use of the cash voucher when placing your order and show the relevant version to the staff.
* Maximum 5 cash vouchers can be used per each redemption.
* Customers may redeem one voucher for each increment of $200 spent. For instance, a purchase of $400 permits the use of two vouchers, and this structure continues for higher expenditures.
